I am extremely pleased with the job that Rick performed. He came out, reviewed the work that I wanted done and determined an estimate. On the day of the scheduled work, he was punctual and thorough. He explained to me exactly what needed to be done in layman’s terms. He completed the job in a timely manner even though it went beyond the ‘normal’ quitting time.
