He is the only one that I have used multiple times. We have had him do multiple jobs for us. They charge by the square foot so the price depends on how big of a job it is. It was a big job. They were less money, but it was less area. They are reasonable for the quality of work that they do. I think some people could charge less, but I think it would be nowhere the quality of work. They do very precise work. The grout couldn't get wet for 24 hours and it called for rain everyday for a week. It didn't rain. They waited a week and came back when they knew it wouldn't rain. They called me when their schedule had to be adjusted. They were very professional. They did an email contract. They are honest. I have recommended him to people. I have to buy the materials and they do the work. I bought and paid for it. He will coach me through it. We will probably have him do the laundry room. He has already done the floor in the laundry room.
