Furniture - Sales
As soon as I noticed that the furniture was having trouble, I reached out to Mason's to have them take care of it. They wanted me to take pictures, so that they could see exactly what was happening. They stated that this was normal "wear and tear" on the couch, and that they were not going to do anything. I still wanted them to do something for me, so I tried to reach out to the district manager. I have been going round and round with them, and really have not received a satisfactory response. They did offer me a $500 credit to anything else in the storebut as I am still paying on this set, I really don't want to take his offer. I would not recommend anyone else buying furniture from Mason's.
