Brandon stays in constant contact, lets me know if there are ever any problems, and resolves issues with the property very quickly. All rents are deposited through direct deposit. I have been through several managers, and these guys are the best!

She is awesome. I was the buyer and the seller paid all the expenses. She has a broker's license and she is on top of everything and that is what saved me with my purchase. The listing agent for this house was a broker with a realtor and this house belonged to her niece, and she was so horrible that they told me that, if they ever moved back to Augusta, they are not going to use her aunt but they are going to use Toni Smith because she was on top of everything. That woman was planning to put the screws to us but Toni was so knowledgeable and has such attention to detail that she was able to save me. I got this house with $12000 worth of equity. She has developed a team of professionals, and she has her favorite mortgage broker that we used and she has a person that does all of her home inspections and stuff like that. I give her the highest ratings on everything because she is worth it. I will use her services if I ever have to move again.
