I was in and out of the office in under one hour. Everyone was prompt and polite. The new office is beautiful and clean. Dr. Florentino and her physician's assistant are excellent. They take time to answer all of your questions and have always offered me drug samples, which are so helpful when traveling.

Dr. Florentino was booked so I took the quickest appointment with her PA Jennifer. She is very nice and very knowledgeable.
I was with her for about 8 appointments to remove the abscess. It was bad but she took care of the abscess the first appointment and packed it. I came back once a week until the packing was removed. She was very quick and gentle and knew what she was doing. I would go back to her. Usually I don't care for PA's but for my skin abscess I felt comfortable in this area. I was on time to all my appointments and only had to wait about 20-30 minutes one time. The waiting room was full that day, but other than that one day I got right in as soon as I showed up. Great staff. especially the front office staff, they are really nice and answered all my questions. I will keep seeing this group when I need to. Very nice place, friendly staff, no long waits - usually and I hope this helped anyone looking for a nice dermatologist office.

Everyone at the office is very nice and professional. The doctor is very nice as well; I just don't feel like I got what I expected from the visit, and $110.00 for 5 minutes was definitely not worth it.Also, the waiting time is very long.

She really cares about her patients and she spends lots of time with them. You have to go to her because she's the best Dermatologist here. I switched to her because she is much more available. I can see her within a month. Her office is beautiful, it's brand new and it's very contemporary. Sometimes she talks a lot, that's her problem, she cares too much. She gets a little behind sometimes. She's awesome. They're a little slow on getting the billing straightened out.
