About us
-- I target my services to "PC End-Users". My customers are almost exclusively home users, home offices and small businesses on peer-to-peer networks. -- I am an individual Senior Computer Technician, providing personalized technical services since 1982. You will always talk to someone who knows your computer and its history, who understands your computing needs, and your personal preferences -- and always speaks in "plain English". (Not Geek-Speak.) -- I started my career during the "Golden Age" of IT services (Mid-1980's). As such, I am deeply committed to the "old-fashioned" standard of always providing an exceptional quality of service -- above and beyond the current standards -- "whatever it takes".

Brian Freeman at Your Personal Computer Tech took at look at my computer and performed a "Tune-up"; cleared out all the odd bits computers accumulate on the web; cookies and such. He had my computer overnight for the "Tune-up" and 1 day to get a replacement cooling fan. He returned it in GREAT SHAPE! It now works much faster and I don't have problems with web pages loading anymore. Even better, my laptop can now be used in my lap again! It is cool and I am comfortable using it.
Brian Freeman (and Kathy, his wife/business manager) were very professional, friendly, and helpful. They took the time to explain what all they were doing and why it was necessary. I love being able to talk to a computer repair company that is available when I need help, evenings and Saturdays. I recommend Brian highly!
