Kauffman Tire

Had to make an appointment to return get the tires put on. At that visit they took me right away and replaced the tires promptly which was better than the alternative of having a long wait without an appointment.

They sell great products. Jack is confident and honest. He is really good at matching the correct tires and he doesn't try to sell you more than what you need. They usually close at five, but he called me at seven and said I could pick up the car. He definitely went the extra mile. I trust taking my car to them.

I was very pleased with the service, they were very professional, had a great tire selection, had great assistance with choosing the right tires and this was a very well run company.

My Subaru overheated on I-75 and I limped into Kauffman Tire with a burst top radiator hose. I was a woman from Illinois driving a 10 year old vehicle with 262,000 miles on it. The personnel at Kauffman Tire were professional, honest, and kind. They had to order the hoses from Subaru so I spent about 6 hours in their waiting area which was very clean and pleasant. Every customer was treated with respect. Many were regulars but several others were passers-by like me. The prices was more than fair. The district manager gave me a ride to a motel about 5 miles away. He manages 26 stores in central to north Georgia and from talking with him I think they all give good service. Excellent service. I made reservations ahead of time online, which insured they had the right tires and were expecting me - I love this! They did an outstanding job, and actually called me several times to update me on progress. Most auto service centers say they will call, but I always end up having to call them to find out the status. Kauffman actually made the calls they said they would. The service was done on time. I wish the price were a bit less, but I don't believe they were unreasonable.

They are a big company and I like everything about them. Their service is excellent and their location is very convenient for me. They also have good prices. I think that they have the best prices around.

I take my car to this place because they offer a good quality service for a very low price. I ve never had any kind of problems with them and they always give me my car back on time. I recommend this place to others without a doubt. They re excellent.
