I was disappointed with the the lack of communication between the owner and persons assigned to do the work. I was disappointed with this company not keeping appointments and the delay in returning phone calls. The contact person, Mr. Kyle Williams, was very courteous and professional when he came out to inspect and diagnose the problem with the water leak in the wall of one of my bathrooms. I was very pleased with the work crew that finally came out to make the repairs( Gutter repair and Replacing "flashing-pipe jacks"). I'm going to go out on a limb and blame the extreme rainy/stormy weather for the problems that I encountered with this company.

They service all our rental properties and have done great for years.

Clean, courteous, did the job before scheduled time (by their request ) I would highly recommend them to anyone. Kyle was great.

The guys came and completed the good in a timely manner. They made sure to check behind themselves to make sure the job was right. They cleaned up the worksite and explained the entire process

The quote they gave us to repair our roof was way too expensive. We asked them to just please put a tarp on the roof to cover the hole. They left and returned with the cheapest piece of plastic they could find because 2 weeks later it has shredded and torn and completely disintegrated. They charged us $325 to just put on the tarp. I would never hire them to do the entire roof.

The owner was nice, but that's about the best I can do.

The crew was very professional. They came out when scheduled, did the work and left. The supervisor came back and inspected the roof. We were very pleased with the work.

He stayed on the job until it was completed.

Great company, will surely hire them again for other projects around the house. Done Right missed 5 stars only because they did not clean up adequately, but that's OK. Their work speaks for itself.

No Invoice of work done was provided. And I am in a on going phone tag to get them to send me an invoice so I can send them payment.

So far, the repair looks great, and the problem seems to be fixed. The representatives of Done Right Home Improvements were very courteous, timely, and professional!

Very customer friendly company, job was completed within a few days after contact with our total satisfaction. Guys were in and out in no time. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.

We would have liked to schedule a time for the repairs, instead, this contractor came out when we were not at home. We wanted to walk through the job after it was completed. Also, some areas of the roof show the sealant and it would be nicer not to have that showing up.

I hired this company to do some roof repairs. Unfortunately, this type of job is very hard to rate because I didnt physically go on the roof to check it out. I won't be able to tell if the repair was properly done until we have a couple of heavy rains. Other than that, my experience with the company has been very pleasant and I would consider hiring them agian.

They seemed to be very efficient and my problem so far has been corrected. They were very professional and courteous.
