Scott met me at my house and took a desktop that was not working. I thought it was a bad monitor hook up. He called me the next day and told me it was a bad motherboard and asked if I wanted it replaced and installed. Motherboard was $100 (or so) and his services $80 (or so). I said yes. He got the motherboard and installed it and personally delivered it to me with one week. I wanted to pay him via AMEX (due to possible AMEX extended warranty) He is not set up for credit cards but we were able to run it through PayPal. Great timely work.
Description of Work: Checked/diagnosed desktop to see what was wrong, ordered and installed new motherboard.

He is reasonable in his costs and he is quick. If it is not right, he will come back and fix it with out any charge to you again. He stands behind his work. I certainly trust him and refer him to others.
Description of Work: My husband is not technical and Scott came in and takes care of sick computers and upgraded the memory. He cleaned up the hard drive.

The last time he came, he shopped for us to get the right computer cables for a couple of laptops and he fixed a broken hinge on one of them.
Description of Work: Scott has been helping us with our computers for 5 years at least. Over the years he has been consistantly curtious, professional and flexible (doing what we asked) with his services. He has helped us safely remove viruses from our computers, completely cleaned our hard disks so we could safely sell or give away older computers, and he has built computers to our specifications at a very reasonable price. He has also helped us with computer questions, since we are really novices. He has also been quick, usually fixing the problems with our computers within an hour, or if the work would take longer, he would take the computer home with him and return it the next day.
