They were outstanding! The warranty for parts and labor wasn't enough for me, so they worked with me on an extended warranty. Their technicians are outstanding and very knowledgeable.

Their phone reps were very courteous. Mike Terrer was especially helpful in getting the unit specified and in giving us a good price. The workmen had the unit installed in around 3 hours with no problems. Everything was cleaned up very well afterwards.

I had this unit installed in my home because it only heats water when you want it. You get a rebate from taxes because it s an energy saver. This company is wonderful. They installed this unit, and they also do the regular check up in my heating and air conditioner unit. They are very punctual.

They took too long to come out and it was really hard to get an appointment. Once I was in the schedule, they came on time. I had to buy a service agreement for them to attend me. The guy who came seemed to be distracted and forgot to press a switch on my air conditioner, so it would work. I actually had to set another appointment for them to come again. I will look for someone else next time.

They always came when they were supposed to which was twice a year and we had a yearly contract with them for about fifteen years total. Every single time that they came to maintain them though they always found something to be wrong. We decided to go with someone else this year because it was becoming a habit for them to always find something wrong and we were not comfortable with that. We would not use them again.

We had a great experience with this company. They obviously send out great people and I do feel safe with them in my home. They use good time management skills I would say. They are friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing. I do not feel they overcharge. They are great in terms of both dependability and reliability as well.

The first time they came I had a good experience with them. but the second time they didn't do a great job. I didn't like their overall attitude. He seemed more interested in selling me things which I didn't think I needed rather than doing the service.

The quality of the units seem to be in good standing. The price was a little high, but I guess it was mediocre for three units. I think this company was reliable and professional as they got things done.

The filter they have to change is a special filter so I have to pay a little more because of that. They work quickly and they clean up very well. They are easy to get a hold of and do a good job. I am happy with the unit I bought it from them originally. I continue to use them because they know about it and know what to do with it each time they come. It works real well and I haven't had any problems with it since they maintain it regularly.

They were fine. The furnace was kind of expensive but they did a nice job installing it with no problems. No damages were made. They were on time and friendly. They cleaned up really well. They were respectful and the unit works good as I haven't had any problems with it since they installed it. They are a decent company and I am happy with the unit, so I would recommend them.

I thought that they responded very well and were very knowledgeable. They did an overall good job and their prices were reasonable. I have a contract with them where I pay 200 dollars per year.

They are always on time and for that matter they are always available. I am very pleased with the service because they make things work the correct way before any major damage occurs. I think the contract is well worth the money. They are reliable and personable every time they come.

This company did a great job the whole way through. I've had no problem with the new unit so far, so I am happy. They were very clean and professional. Even though it was pricey, it was worth it.

Used them several times with this issue, and they have been great every time. We have 3 of these but only one of them seems to have this problem. They are always courteous and on time. They are very knowledgeable and I recommend them to anyone.

Although I sometimes feel as though they are too busy for their own good, I do feel they do a good job of maintaining our heating and air units. The people can sometimes be a little unresponsive, but this again seems to be due to having so many customers and only so much time in the day. Their prices are fair though and we will continue to use them.

They did very good work. They made an appointment, called and checked before arrival, and arrived in a reasonable time to work on our A/C systems. They found a small part that needed replacing that might have caused an unexpected fan failure later on if not replaced (not something you want while it's still 90 outside). They thoroughly cleaned and inspected our systems. The technician also answered some questions we had about our systems, and recommended an overflow warning shutoff, which we opted for on the attic unit. This was the most thorough work we've had on our systems in many years. We chose the annual service contract, because we were pleased with the services and got a slight discount due to the contract. The service person was polite, knowledgeable, and service seemed very good.

We got their name from Angie's list, made an appointment, and they showed up right on schedule. The technician that serviced our units seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. We knew one of the units was in bad shape and set up an appointment for a site review. The sales project coordinator showed up on time and explained in detail what we would be getting and what our options were. The job was completed a few days later by 2 very competent technicians. This company is the real deal, very professional. I feel we made a good choice. We didn't get other estimates so I can't tell if it was a good value or not. We were impressed by the first technician and heard from others that they were a good company.

It was really hot...My A/C didn't work, I checked the list and found two companies, Shumate had the quickest response to my Sunday AM call to their emergency #. Work was done on Mon. PM. It was obvious that the technician was working hard to keep up with demand since it had been very hot for several days, he looked very tired, but had a good attitude and the work took about 30 minutes to finish. Overall, cost more than I thought it would, but it's worth it to have AC in Atlanta in August!

Fine - had to come back next day but that resolved the issue.

THEY COME AND MAINTAIN MY HEATING AND AIR UNIT 2 TIMES A YEAR WHICH I BOUGHT FROM THEM. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND PERFORMANCE BASED.

Got four bids to replace a forty year old HVAC system and went with Shumate based on reputation and overall system. Very easy to work with from scheduling estimate to scheduling work to finishing up installation. Workers installed new Lennox X13 air conditioning unit, G60 variable speed furnace, and two new floor returns in addition to wrapping all returns with insulation. Arrived at 8 a.m. and left at 2 p.m. Crew was focused and left the place clean.

An appointment was quickly made on a Saturday as we had requested. Three gentlemen arrived at the time promised and had the job done very quickly. They were polite, thorough and did a very professional job. We were very pleased with their work and the system is running fine.

The workers are very professional. Costs of parts seem high. We were convinced that the whole house filtration system was mandatory for safe air. When they came back to change the filters, none were available for the new system that they had installed.

I was pleased with the inspection this company did for me. They communicated with me effectively and charged me a reasonable rate for their services. I would be inclined to use them again in the future since they have taken good care of me in the past. I feel good about using this company.
