Our experience with this company was outstanding from start to finish. Our primary point of contact for the job was Elias Castro, who personally and professionally prepared and delivered our quote and oversaw all aspects of the job. Unlike other quotes we requested that were mailed or left on our doorstep, Elias scheduled a time to professionally present the quote ensuring we understood critical aspects such as stain vs. paint for our partially cedar sided home and details regarding the techniques to be used and total process that would follow. His presentation gave us full confidence that the job would be handled expertly with no surprises and it was. Once work was started, Elias was onsite and engaged with his crew at all times. When we struggled with final color choice, Elias assisted by making suggestions and painting several color swatches on our home for us to view and consider. Work proceeded as discussed with no problems. Upon completion, Elias had us completely inspect the work, and no payment was requested until all work was done and we were 100% satisfied. Although this was not the lowest of the quotes we obtained, it contained no additional hidden costs. Also, we are confident that the quality and professional execution of the job including 2 complete hand painted coats (no sprayers) made this the best overall value we could obtain for our money. The Royal warranty is comprehensive and we are certain we will be satisfied for years to come. We have other interior jobs that we will be completing in the coming year and will not hesitate to go directly to Royal for this work.

We got an estimate from them and came and did a good job of installing the floors. We got an especially good deal on some Brazilian cherry wood and we have enjoyed it. We had a few challenges because they had to remove some tile which was difficult, but they were able to find somebody that could do it for a reasonable price. They also brought in a construction engineer and had two poles removed from our house also for a reasonable price. We trust them and are pleased with what they did.

Elias Castro came the morning after I called Royal Painting for a quote. His was the lowest of the 4 quotes I received. I hired Royal Painting because of the price and Mr. Castro?s professional manner. The communication before, during and after the job was superb. The time frame and the work both exceeded my expectations. At the end of the work the quote was right on target with the final price. Would I hire Royal Painting again? Yes I certainly would.

The work this team did was second to none! The original 5 day project turned into about 3 weeks because of unfavorable weather. We mutually agreed that no work would progress under the threat of rain to ensure the quality of the work. The first stage of the project was a complete power wash with detergent, not just water, to remove as much weathering as possible. The second step was paint prep which included replacement of damaged wood sills, scraping and sanding all trouble spots, prime exposed areas that were scraped or sanded, re-caulking of all seals, and a consultation of color including a test area to determine if colors were acceptable. The paint stage ran into many weather delays, but no painted areas were damaged by rain or had to be redone because of bad weather. If the weather threatened to turn rainy, the team would stop for the day so no painted surfaces would be damaged or damage brick surfaces nearby. Special paint was used on concrete trouble spots and oil based paint was used on gutters, downspouts, and chimney caps. This makes the metal surfaces look brand new and make it easier to keep clean in the future with the gloss finish. The quality of work and workmanship was outstanding. The house looks better than it ever has even when it was new in 2003. Oh yes, and they wash every single window to remove any residue and dirt as well. After painting about half of the large columns in the front of the house, I decided I did not like the color and changed it to match the rest of the front of the house. Within one hour the columns were repainted to my satisfaction and work continued as planned. The field manager came to the job site every single day to check on the progress and quality of the job. I was very pleased to see him take such interest in the project. All of this has resulted in a beautiful job that they should be extremely proud of. There is a reason the work comes with a five year guarantee! They know the likelihood of ever needing is slim. If you want quality for a competitive price, Royal Painting is a true gem!

They arrived on time and finished sooner than we expected. The estimate was right on and you don't pay until the job is completed. They began with powerwashing the areas to be painted and the front walkway. We later noticed that some areas had been missed and they were quick to respond to our call and finished the area that was interrupted by a neighbor wanting their services and distracting them. They came back and finished the steps and retaining wall and redid some areas that I thought could be done better. They did this cheerfully and at no added expense. Their only concern was that we were completely satisfied with their work. They are very well mannered and clean, which is important to me. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

The head man was Ed and they did an exceptional job! The job was above and beyond my expectations. If there was a higher ranking than A, I would rate them that!

Elias Castro owns Royal Painting. He was the excellent painter who represented another painting company. We hired that company because he seemed competent. He later left that company and started Royal Painting. We have used him since then for other projects, I highly recommend Royal Painting. They stayed late, and worked weekends to be sure everything was completed on time.
