KleenTile Xpress was founded in January of 2007 and has continued to grow at a rapid pace. The company prides itself on the quality of work with an attention to detail. We show up on time and stand behind our work. The company utilizes a unique piece of equipment, which cleans, sanitizes, and vacuums all in ones pass, (please see the video) unlike pressure washing which nearly moves dint, algae etc. around and can damage tile and grout. Our system uses moderate pressure with water heated to 220 degrees, and a vacuum system with no moving parts to damage surfaces. The vacuum sucks the dint, mold, algae out of the surface and grout while killing all bacteria and fungus. Because of our quality work we have become a source for one stop shopping featuring the best wood floor, tile, and stone reconstruction and restoration.
