 + -1 moreWe must have looked at over six properties that fit our requirements. Once we found a few we wanted to consider, he helped us arrange for a meeting so we could look at the properties. Once we made an offer, he was very diligent in making all the necessary arrangements for an inspection of the property. He was very clear and explained what we needed to know in order to make an informed decision. We were very, very pleased with his services and would recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: Chris Carreno became our purchasing agent when we started to look for a home to purchase. He was diligent and listened to everything we were interested in. He was very conscience and went over and above to help us find a home. Since the seller pays the Realtor's fees we had no costs involved.
