This is my second time using them for a painting project on my home! Thanks for the amazing work.

We were VERY pleased with the work CertaPro did in repainting the sanctuary of our church. Out of five bids, they were the most economical. Yet they also provided outstanding, professional service from beginning to end. The paint crew was also terrific. Great work at a reasonable price. That is a combination hard to beat!

CertaPro made it easy. They spent a long time on the estimate so there were no surprises during the job. Before painting they pressure washed and then repaired all the trim and siding. They also redid all the glazing on the windows. Then painted. For a very good price.

I HIGHLY recommend CertaPro Painters. I just had my home painted and before I could move in a restoration company had to "restore" it from water damage. The restoration company made matters worse on a variety of things, one of which was had their painter paint over my brand new job by CertaPro. I asked before they had "their guy" paint if he was a professional. He said, "I wouldn't say that he's a professional but is a guy who paints." It was botched job that had to be redone. The ceiling, walls, trim, brick fireplace looks great now. They took great care in prepping--which impressed me. Anne Marie was awesome. She was a joy to work with in all the craziness of working around restoration and insurance companies. I appreciated her customer service and upbeat, professional attitude. I wholeheartedly recommend the quality of their work and customer service.

I hired this company to inspect for rotted trim and woodwork, and trim painting. They painted the trim, ignoring the few obvious places I knew had wood rot. When I pointed out the obvious places of wood rot, they then repaired those few areas. I do not have confidence that they truly inspected for wood rot on the trim around my two story home. This was the main reason for my hiring them...Did a great job painting, but I have little or no confidence that they truly inspected for wood rot in areas I could not see myself.

This is the second time I have used CertaPro of Duluth. They painted the interior of my house a few years ago & both times they have done a very good job for me. The workers are thorough, polite & professional & both Bill & Anne Marie Siegel are a pleasure with whom to work.

I hired CertaPro Painters to paint the house. I got an agreed price and after the power wash I was told there are more repairs needed and an additional $800 is needed. I agreed to pay the additional cost. After the painting I realized a few windows got paint and were not cleaned properly. So I inspected all the windows and I realized the edge of most of windows (where wood meets the glasses) are NOT painted. These areas have the old faded paint and some with peels. I complained to the lady who coordinated the painting job and she called the crew to come back. After they finished repair, I checked and I see most of the windows I marked with blue tapes were NOT touched. So, I complained and the crew came back again today. I explained to them why I said those areas are NOT painted but they said they painted them by hand. I showed them the peels and faded paints. They just could not fix the problems. I have photos showing the cracks on the window seal and different color on the window sill that supposed to have been painted. I clearly marked this window with a blue tape and yet it was overlooked... I am frustrated and do not want to spend more time on this issue, so I paid for my mistake. I learned that I need to check the small areas after each painting job.

The painters broke our curio cabinet doors. And then they tried blaming it on us the homeowners saying we were in the way. That painter could have gone around the other way. We were moving and had several projects going all at one time. That guy should not have been trying to get to what he needed so fast. Or stopped to say excuse me I need through. Yet his English was not very good. I think we paid way too much for that project. Their customer service was indifferent to our concerns regarding the curio cabinet. No foreman on the job the first day. Poor guys who showed up acted as if they had no clue of what to or where to start. The quote had them painting the master vanity doors. They tacked on an extra $500. And it was a lousy paint job at best. They did not clean up fully after they were done nor did they replace all the master bathroom cabinetry after they painted them. Actually all my experience with home advisor so far from the 3-4 contractors used were not satisfactory. I think the home inspector got his certificate off you tube. As every other word out of his mouth was ?I saw this on you tube?. Oh and you can search for problems around your house via you tube. I?ve deleted the app and will further pursue projects via word of mouth. Or from personal experience.

CertaPro painters of Norcross did a terrible job of painting my house. They call themselves "Pro" but the people who showed up were amateurs. They used heavy spray on my front door and left it caked with paint. Subsequent fixing did not fix the door paint. They did not caulk adequately; they painted sloppily; did not complete all the tasks on the contract; sprayed paint on my windows and did not clean up after that; and left a lot of debris in my yard which I spend a lot of time cleaning after them. It seems like CertaPro needs to go through Painting 101 and learn how to prep, paint, and cleanup. Afterwards, they came back twice and still did not complete all the work. Apparently, they sub-contracted the work to another painter who further sub-contracted and what we got was low quality painters. The management did not seem as concerned to take care of the job after they got paid. I would not recommend CertaPro to anyone.

Very professional and thorough. Great communication, wonderful paint job. Clean up was great.

They worked in a timely manner and I was 90% satisfied with the overall performance and job.

I do not rate at the top because that leaves no room for improvement. If they are perfect, I would not be able to afford them.

Very prompt & professional. Easy process for estimate & payment.

Slightly expensive, but had warranty and were able to meet the timing required to complete the job. Overall very happy.
