Demolition
We hired him to take out two walls. After asking multiple times if he took card and made sure the load bearing wall had support, and reassured us he did and it will. We got a second opinion after the walls were taken down which is costing us WAY more than if he took these walls down correctly like asked. After the work was done he said he only took cash or check, and we got no receipt or anything. If we did not get a second opinion, the safety issues and hazards of our second level floor coming down is way more than it ever should have been. Highly disappointed, angry and frustrated. Do NOT hire this man if you want anything done correctly or safely.
