I had used Wren's in the past for hail damage and they did an excellent job, so I did not hesitate to return when my vehicle was hit by another car. As expected, they were competitively priced, professional, and timely. They assisted in the insurance claim and helped me in obtaining a rental while my car was being repaired. I highly recommend this shop.

◉ A Wren employee wrote up an estimate for me. I explained that my next stop would be at the insurance company adjuster's work-site and that I had a high deductible.
◉ After filing a claim on the Internet I took the car to the nearest GEICO adjuster.
◉ The GEICO adjuster said that the damage appeared to be somewhat more substantial than that identified by the Wren estimator. His said that the LT rocker molding would have to be replaced.
◉ After the car was dropped off at Wren's on the following Tuesday, Wren's had it ready in exactly one week. In hopes of expediting the wait time, I offered to prepay for the parts because the car is less than one year old and I knew that the company would have to purchase brand new replacement items directly from Toyota. I also wanted to use the car while the parts were en-route. Wren's office manager agreed to this plan to please me although in retrospect I discovered that the company receives very fast service from Toyota with parts usually delivered within 24 hours.
◉ As far as I can determine the work performed by Wren repair technicians is perfect.
◉ Although Wren's original estimate was low due to not recognizing the need to replace the LT rocker molding; the company appeared to have reduced the final bill to match the adjuster's estimate.
◉ I can't state with any assurance that I received the best price because I didn't bother to ask for estimates from other companies. However, I feel I've always received excellent service from Wren's for work performed on my previous car throughout the last 15 years.

The overall quality of the work was fine. They are very hard to get a hold of and you really have to keep up with the progress of the job yourself. The prices are good as is the quality of the work.

Wonderful service from the moment I took the car in. The estimate was accurate and I got a discount at the car rental due to Wren's intervention. The work took two days longer than estimated but the wait was worth it.

The work was performed to our complete satisfaction. The paint matches perfectly and you can't see any imperfections in either the fender or the hood. The facility is very professional, clean and well run. The estimate was not the lowest we received, however, because the facility was so much cleaner and professional, we decided to go with them. We were not disappointed.
