New Start Heating & Air

Overall I am very pleased with his service and committment to fixing our system.  What I apprecuiated most was that his interest was to fix my system, and not just tell me that I need a newone, which is what I was told by the last company we had out after a thirty minute service call.

On Sunday evening, after a being out of town for a long weekend, I found my air conditioner had frozen up while I was away. I called a friend who recommended this company. I reached Thomas (not voice mail) directly. I had to leave town for a business trip the next day so Thomas agreed to meet me in the morning. He arrived on time, inspected the situation, explained what he thought happened and recommended a new unit (I wasn't surprised as three of my neighbors had just had to replace their systems, too). His price was less than what my neighbors said they paid, the unit was a brand I knew to be top quality and my energy efficiency was going to increase. I gave him a key, my cell number, and left for the airport. He called me with a status report while I was gone, explained he needed to expand the air intake vent. When I got back in town two day's later, the unit was installed and working wonderfully. The bill came in as quoted. There was no mess in the house or yard.
