Since how they need to replace the air bags in my car and it's been six months since they sent me the letter and they still don't have the air bags I give them an F.

My experience went okay. By the time you get home they are already telling you what needs to be done and I was only home for about 15 minutes. Since then I now have chose to use a different dealer. However, they are very professional.

I got new tires and an oil change. I had to take it back twice after that to find out why the steering wheel was vibrating. They found some flat spots in the tires. They did get everything repaired at no charge.

For a dealership, I think they're fairly priced. I've had a really nice experience. My service consultants have always been really professional, helpful and always looking for ways to take care of my car but also to take care of my wallet.

Oil change appeared fine. Problem was with the and quot;recommendationsand quot; that they make every time I come in. I'd also had an oil change in 01/2012. I compare their recommendations and found that my brake linings miracles grew over a period of 6 months. Their recommendation in January was bogus and the measurements of the linings were bigger in July than they were in January. They were falsely recommending services that weren't needed. I escalated the issue to the service manager who took me out in the garage and measured the brake linings. His measure was 40% different from the measurement is own tech took the day before. Unbelievable. I had the documentation from my January visit and shared it with the service manager. They had no ground to stand on. I made a second trip back to share all this info with the service manager and despite Nalley being clearly in the wrong, I had to demand that my charges be waived. They were caught red-handed making fraudulent recommendations with their own documentation. I received a customer satisfaction survey from Elaine Bischoff and emailed her the details of the situation but received no reply or acknowledgement of my conversations with her service manager. Terrible customer service, downright fraudulent. I still have the documentation and should have called the local news media. Perhaps I still will.

They didn't fix the brakes because it was too expensive. They are high up in the prices. If there is a major thing to be done I don't end up using them. Sometimes, they are supposed to wash the car for free, and last time they didn't do it. They just forgot. They usually put a sticker to say when the next oil change would be and they forget that. They were slopping this last time. I got there at 7 and they weren't there so I had to wait for a few minutes. When I got back the guy who usually services my car was already gone so somebody else tried to help me and had to read off the computer what had previously been done.
