Jeff and Robert Berry of Dekalb Roofing know their profession. And their crew was no less professional. They did a great job on the roof and made an extra effort in protecting the plants around the house and throughly cleaned up after their work. They were prompt, the price equaled the work, and half the neighborhood has already stopped by to view the completed work and tell us how great it all looks.

They did a fantastic job. I thought the price was reasonable and the crew that they had doing the work was really good. It was a basic job, but they just did a really good job. They were in and out in a day and a half and that was it. He came in on budget and the guys were clean. A lot of customers come in and out of our shop and the crew was professional and cleaned up.

I spent about $6000 on the job. The work was perfect. They were on time and they were really detail oriented. They were perfectionists. I would recommend them highly. I will use them again in the future.

He was on time with his estimate. He was right on the money with what he estimated in terms of comparison. He was not the lowest but he was comparable. He guarantees his work. His men were courteous and they cleaned up after themselves. The roof looks great and their have been no leaks so far! He was everything other owners have reported. We walked through the job and made sure everything was done right before we paid him.

We contacted Dekalb Roofing on Sunday when we suspected a leak in our roof. Robert Berry came out to our home on Monday while we were at work to inspect the problem. He diagnosed the source of the problem and caulked it while onsite and called us to let us know the problem was fixed by mid-day Monday. Excellent and prompt service! We were very impressed with his professionalism!

I have a leak in my roof over my garage. I called Dekalb Roofing for an estimate for the leak, estimate for new gutters and general advice on roof replacement if needed. They scheduled for Robert to come out the next day and take a look while I was at work. To my absolute amazement, he called that evening and said he saw the problem and took care of it on the spot (a nail was poking through and he went ahead and did the repair), NO CHARGE!!! Additionally, he said my gutters were in fine shape and my room should be good for 4 - 5 more years. I am beyond pleased with the honestly, integrity and great customer service. I know nothing about roofs and such. He could have sold me something I did not need. Thanks Robert! When the time comes I will most certainly be calling DeKalb Roof to do the work. I know I can count on them for an honest, fair appraisal!! Whew!

The last paragraph covers the entire scenario. I received written estimates just a few days later, as he had said. The entire experience was such a relief and breath of fresh air. There was never any sales pressure, and he didn't charge a time for the services rendered.

They installed the roof in two days. We had a strong rain storm and I got up in the attic and noticed a leak around the chimney. They had used some existing flashing that had a problem. Jeff sent a crew out Saturday morning and promptly fixed the problem. Get the 3D shingles. They look great.

The service was prompt, addressed the problem, and was not filled with up-selling of un-needed services. I will call Dekalb roofing when I need additional services.

The crew worked very hard for 12 straight hours one day, then came back for about an hour the next day to finish the roof and finish cleaning up. They did a wonderful job.

Job went completely as outlined beforehand. Completed when promised.

I would highly recommend them. They did what they said they would do. The project manager was actually one of the owners and he had endless patience with my questions and concerns. They were extremely responsive and had a small company feel. They did the work when they said they would. They were wonderful and the cost was less than the estimate.

Excellent job. The estimate was provided. The bill and the estimate were the same. The workers appeared at the time agreed. They cleaned up all the trash. I am delighted with the job.

I thought the person, who came out, was professional. He came out on the day he said he would come out. He gave me the estimate. He also gave me an estimate on other things that needed to be done on my roof. Unfortunately, I didn?t go with him as I am still comparing prices. Other than that, I felt that he was good. He was very detailed. I will use him again in the future.

I called the company on Monday, February 22nd to request an estimate. Jeff told me someone could possibly be out the same day to look at my roof. I received a proposal in the mail a couple days later with a price of $225.00. The price was higher than expected to replace a few missing shingles, but I needed the work done. I called to request that the work be done and I was told that someone could complete the work on Monday, March 1st. I received an invoice in the mail the first week of March, dated March 1st. The shingles had been replaced and they were close to the color of the other shingles on my roof. The company was responsive and completed the work on a timely basis. I paid the invoice over the phone with a credit card and I received my credit card slip in the mail a few days later. I will definitely call Dekalb Roofing again when I need further repairs and/or roof replacement.

They did a good job, there were no problems and they finished the job in a timely manner.

They were on-time, professional, and the roof looks great. Jeff was extremely helpful through the whole process of coming out to the house for the orginial quote through the completion of the job. I would definitely recommend this company.

We moved from bid to color selection to the roof replacement in a week! Robert explained verbally and in writing what to expect and everything happened just as he said it would. We thought Robert took into account all the aspects of our situation (previously poor flashing, etc.) and guided us well. The crew (led by Pablo) worked hard (8.30am to 7.30pm) and fully cleaned up and put everything back in order (such as the gutter covers, etc.). We would recommend without hesitation, for your sake we hope they work in your area!

I told them what I wanted and I took off to Luciana and when I came back, it was all done. Sometimes, the shingles would come off and I call them and they come right over and fix it.

They were great and were the best that I found. They were professional and came on time. They also tried to save me some money. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

Their quote was very accurate and they stuck to their quote. They did everything within the budget and completed the work pretty quickly. They were great and the price charged by them was fine. If need be, then I would use their services in the future too.
