Overall, the experience was good. They did a great job. The only issue was that Kevin didn’t have a receipt for the supplies that he bought from Lowe’s. I went to Lowe’s and they were able to find the receipt, and everything was okay. Initially, what they had done on the roof didn’t work, but they spent the entire next day to fix it without charging me any extra. He was honest and very good to work with. I ended up being very happy with the service and the work that they did.

Everything went exactly as requested, from scheduling appointment to completion of jobs.  I was very satisfied and will be calling them again for other jobs.

The guys were very punctual and the communication was very good as well.
I spoke with the head handyman (Brandon?) several times on the phone, and they were very patient and willing to work around my somewhat erratic scheduling without a hitch.

I had a long list of things to do and they tackled the tasks immediately and with confidence.
After the "Big Deal" coupon time was up, they politely indicated that they could either stop then or continue, at a reduced rate per hour from the normal rate.  I asked them to continue after that.

After this time, however, the assistant seemed to slow down a little and stood around for long periods of time while the head handyman was busy at work cutting pieces of crown moulding. 
He also lacked a bit in professionalism. 
The head guy was always more than extremely professional in attitude and efficiency.
I thought that the assistant could have spent the leaning time doing some small things, such as cleaning the old caulk that he ended up leaving in the bathtub, or helping me more with removing the caulk  that I was struggling with around the sink.
He was friendly enough but at that point I was paying the dude $60 per hour to mostly talk, which was rather frustrating.
I should not complain too much because the crew really did a ton of work in only 4 hours.  I feel that I got a very good deal.

Overall, I would absolutely hire this company again.
Because of the rocking awesomeness of Brandon, I would recommend them in an instant.
They never for a moment made me feel that I should get less quality or was not important because I was using a coupon.
I appreciate that and their old-fashioned business sense is impressive.

They floored the attic and put plywood down. They didn't finish it because they arrived late but they came back and finished later. I am happy with their services. They were very nice, worked very hard, and cleaned up their mess when they were finished.

They were very nice people.  They did an excellent job following all of the instructions and making sure it was safe.  They were incredibly respectful.  They cleaned up after themselves.

Two gentlemen showed up and got right to work. very neat, clean and respectful of our home. The deal we had was 6 hours worth of handyman work. They sent two men over for a total of three hours. because we had some electrical work done in the kithchen we had multiple areas where our electrician had cut into the sheet rock. Given that plus the small water damage we had in the upstairs hall (plus a few more areas around the house) we thought it would be a great idea to make use of this offer and make a geat contact along the way. We are very pleased with their work.

I needed some work done so I took advantage of the big deals on Angie's List.  I was very satisfied with the quality of work done by this company.  They installed my doggy door and ceiling fans in a professional way.  I was happy with their punctuality.

Smooth sailing, he had a crew of 2 or 3 here working day after day to complete the job to my satisfaction.  I plan to have them back to replace the remaining gutters and do some other repair work in the spring.

We did play phone tag for quite a while (weeks) before we got in touch with each other.  However, it should be noted that when I left at least one of my messages, I did say the jobs weren't urgent.  Once the appointment was set they showed up on time.  All the people on the team were friendly and professional and I am quite happy with the quality of the work they did.  I do wish they had done a little better job cleaning up after they were done.  A few old parts were left and they didn't put the items from under our sinks back after they were done replacing the faucets.  I will use these guys again.

I had a lot of little stuff to be done and it took them way too long to do one little thing.  There were two guys here.  I had an electrician follow up on the electrical work and he said they did it wrong.  The electrician said they put a three way switch on and I only needed a one way switch.  Do not use these guys.  You can never get ahold of the owner.  The two guys he sent out were supposedly general contractors, but they did not know what they were doing.  The owner has employees that do no know what they are doing.

Kevin and his crew came on time and worked really hard for the duration.  All the work was done well and they cleaned up afterward.  They worked so fast I wished I had more things for them to do to get the full 3 hours for the special price.  I would recommend them and use them again.

This was a promotion I purchased for a fixed amount of labor and I was very pleased with the amount of things that they were able to accomplish in that period of time.  I had a list when they arrived, and we walked through the house and reviewed what needed to be repaired.  The drywall project could not be completely finiished, but we had discussed prior to the start of the job that it could take more than the allotted time.  I appreciated the amount of work that got done in that time frame and was pleased with the job they did.  I would recommend them to others and would use them again.

From the time I placed the phone call to Kevin Penney until he finished the job, it was a very pleasant experience.  He was very accessible, if he didn't answer the phone he would call me back right away.  That is very important to me, I have a hard time dealing with people that don't communicate.  Before he started the job, he taped plastic over the entire area to keep the dust from getting everywhere, he was very neat.  He was professional and a pleasant person to work with, as were his employees.  I would not hesitate to hire Kevin to do other work at my home.

It went great! Work was finished within a day! He was a little late getting started but once work began it did not stop until the job was done. Now we have a beautiful porch and we aren't afraid that it will fall in like we were before!

We purchased a coupon for six hours of work, but also had some other projects in mind. We asked Kevin to install twelve feet of upper cabinets and repair some drywall in the ceiling where I fell through it (long story - attics are dangerous - never going back into ours!). He and his crew of two young men arrived on time, were very pleasant and professional. They kept track of the time and made sure they stayed within the allotted time.  They did such a wonderful job, that we asked them to install 12 feet of lower cabinets and a countertop. They set an appointment for the next day and were again on time. The installation looks incredible. The ceiling is perfect. The total cost for our project was $500 (199 coupon and 300 for the extra work). There is no way we could have done such a good job ourselves in such a short amount of time. Kevin thought of ways to make our cabinets look better than we thought they could. Kevin made sure that his team knew what to do and did it right. I would do business again with him and plan to again shortly.

I scheduled an estimate for Thursday and I waited all day for them to arrive.  They never showed up.  I didn't get a call from them until the following Monday.  I had already found a reliable company to do the job for me, so I didn't return their call.

The experience was excellent and I would highly recommend him.

They did good work. I have used them for almost three years. I would recommend them to others.

Overall, it went great! The Deck and painting was finished in 3 Days! The workers were very respectful and didn't even mind my two dogs who wanted to play! They even cleaned up their mess, and I mean down to the last nail was picked up. When they were finished they told me that if I noticed anything wrong (which I didn't) they would surely come back and fix it! The crew was very friendly and efficient.
