Everybody in there is really helpful. They have really nice products in there. They have lights, fans, flooring, and tiles. They have a lot of stuff in there. And they have stone. They have great products.

His name was James McCoy. He did all the lighting. We're not complete with him yet. He had an accident so we have to wait until he heals. We would use him again for lots of things. He did a superb job on that. He was very reasonable.

I checked out several places for carpet for one room. I didn't know what I wanted but I wasn't willing to settle as we were replacing cheap carpet in the first place.  It is very overwhelming trying to pick out carpet and only having just the small sample to try to visualize your whole space in.  What is nice about LightWorks/Floorworks is they have a showroom with big swatches of carpet on their floor so you can see how the types look on the floor.  They told me what they have down now will be coming up soon and they are replacing with new styles.  My first visit there went just okay.  I was helped by a nice man who helped me pick out some samples and I took them home (free of charge).  Back at my place I was also looking at Lowes, Capet Depot and Trout Carpet samples.  Still couldn't decide.  Upon returning my samples to LWFL I was helped by the fabulous Rebecca Palmer!  She helped me pick out new samples and I found one I loved.  After a few days I made my decision.  I ordered it on Thursday and she said it would be in on Friday but since they can't predict the trucks arrival time, it would be installed on Monday!  This was fabulous! Lowes was telling me it would be an estimated 3 weeks on one sample I was considering there.  The installers arrived on time and did a wonderful job. They were courteous and cleaned up afterwards even trimming some fibers on some carpet in an adjoining room.  I wasn't able to compare prices for what I selected so I don't know if it was the best price, but their service was great and by this time I was ready for the whole thing to be over with.  While I was getting samples it was really annoying that Lowes chargers their customers to check out a sample.  All the other places did not.  I guess they do it because one bad seed didn't return their sample.
