While the system generally performs well, occasional connectivity issues have required troubleshooting and system reboots. However, with Teddy’s assistance, these were quickly resolved. When I first called to schedule an appointment, Teddy asked me to check a few things and send him some pictures to see if it might be something I could fix myself. Wait, What? Amazing! Sadly, I couldn't fix it, so Teddy came out, quickly assessed and fixed the problem. Great service!

Fast and on time...very knowledgeable

I can't say ENOUGH great things about Teddy! I have called on him twice in the past to troubleshoot problems with my 15-year-old house alarm system. He was able to troubleshoot and diagnose my problem...and offer the solution...all via email! His knowledge of the system is unmatched, and his true concern for me as his customer is so hard to find in most service companies! Whenever I need alarm work, Teddy is my first and only call.

You can not ask for better service!! When I tell you these guys are good...these guys are good. They take you back to the good ole days when people were honest, treated you well, and just do a good job. The most reasonable pricing I found for the system I wanted. I would recommend them 10 times over and I will have them do more services for me in the future. Awesome service!

Teddy and his helper were very professional. They showed up on time and didn't leave until the job was finished. They were very respectful of my home, wearing booties on their shoes every time they walked inside. They did a great job installing my surveillance cameras.

Bottom line here is "5 stars" are not enough to describe the promptness, install, education to client & overall just quality of service we received! Don't waste your time shopping for others as Teddy & Safe Alarm Services will do it right the first time. Enough said!!

Outstanding service. Kept their appointment, rapid diagnosis and repair, cost was as estimated. Very polite and easy to deal with. I have already recommended him to others.

When I spoke with Teddy, he was extremely professional. I explained what my problem was. He then told me what the most likely issue was and what would be required, and the cost of the service. He arrived promptly, He did the work efficiently and left everything neat. He then reprogrammed the alarm. He explained how the new pad worked and made sure that I could do it before he left. The cost for the motherboard and rewiring was exactly what he said it would be. I did add a new battery as well as a new keypad. I am thrilled with the service and would highly recommend him.

If you are looking for someone to install security cameras, don't look any further. Teddy and his team is by far the best company for the job. His customer service is excellent. I am 100% satisfied. He is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and his work is professional!( you cant see the wires and you wont notice the camera's) The equipment is professional grade ( not like the cheap cameras in the stores).
