Jimmy has a great wealth of knowledge on trees and grading. My backyard was washing out completely and I had no privacy between my neighbors behind me. Jimmy made some great suggestions and put a plan together. We are thrilled with the results and the improvements. It no longer washes out and itâ s so nice to have a natural fence between us to look at. I have hired Stephens Landscaping twice since this project and he has delivered every time.

Buyer Beware!! This company does not stand behind its product at all. Worst Customer Service. All they care about is swindling you out of your money. They installed 10 5 ft Emerald Green trees in my backyard and 8 Green Giant Arborvtae by my garage. His company charged me a bill for $5352.00 for the trees and their installation. Out of which 9 of the Emerald Green trees died within the first month of installation. After that two of the Green Giant Arborvitae also died. All this time I was calling and texting Jim to ask him for advice regarding how to take care of the trees. All I heard was keep watering them. When the trees eventually died I had to pay another $500 to have them removed. When I informed him about the demise of the trees he had the audacity to ask me to buy more trees for another $5000. The trees that his company provided were unhealthy and after, what I feel, robbed us out of our 5k the man wanted another 5k to sell me more unhealthy trees that were not going to survive again. Please take my advice and run when he comes knocking at your door. All that he and his company cares about is money.

"Unfortunately this is only 1% true. We did our best to work with you and hit your unrealistic budget. We offer trees at wholesale prices with limited mark up. We do not offer warranties because of that. We discussed that in person prior to doing the job. Our warranty policy is also on every estimate and invoice we send out. We talked about the loss of a few of your trees (Not $5000 worth) I was in the process of coaching you on the care of the trees when you started cussing at me and telling me "This is why everyone hates Americans." I decided at that time to tell you to have a good day and block your number. Everyone can check our reviews out and see that we have a 5 star rating. I take pride in our work. Thank you"
