Upholstering - Boat & Auto
Last year the cover began to tear apart. This year it really shredded. Called Overboard and spoke with the owner. Brought cover in months ago. She would not return calls and if by chance I got her on the phone she had one excuse after another and said she would call to give status. Never did. We were lucky enough to get her on the phone in September and she said the Sunbrella rep would be out to look at the cover and she would get back to us after he was at her shop. Never did get back. On September 26, 2013 we were able to contact her and she said that the Sunbrella rep had to take a piece from the top to a test lab to see if we did anything to it or if we used a chemical on it that shouldn't have been used. (We didn'.) She promised to call by October 2, 2013 with a decision. She, of course, did not.

We need this resolved and you are our last resort. We cannot keep chasing Overboard. Either make a new cover or reimburse us for what we paid.
