Update to my prior comments - after my post, the owners reached out to me and explained their position. they were very heartfelt and truly apologized for dropping the ball for return service. My spa is now fully operational and the problem was not associated with Adams repairs. his repair was of good quality and corrected this issue at hand, it was the follow-up for a different issue that fell through the cracks. I hope this provides a balanced review for Adam and A&L

Adam, the owner was very reliable and an excellent communicator. We had a unique problem with a leaking pool fountain. He was timely with follow up and testing. He needed some better tools to tackle the problem. But the finished product was quite satisfactory.

Very responsive and flexible about timing and work to be done. Arrived thinking our jetted tub needed a new motor, but turned out not to be the problem. Still worked hard to diagnosis the issue and figure out why the tub was leaking (clogged jets), and even climbed into the tiny space in the eaves behind the tub to troubleshoot and wipe up the leak. Still charged us for the motor, but appreciated the work he did to figure out and fix at no extra charge.

Top notch company Chase who worked on replacing my salt water heater and pump went above and beyond to get mine installed. Very pleasant and answered all my questions and educated me on the chemical balance of water sounds simple but quite a science to it. Will recommend them to anyone who needs service they provide. Very pleased.
