Mark Grizzle was on time, friendly, quickly done the work ,great price! Would recommend!!!!! After such a great reference , the problem wasn't fixed. I now have my fan motor laying on my counter. They really don't know what is wrong with it. I have changed my review.Chris the owner came out and he decided it was not really an electric problem He said I should call a plumber. I give them an A+ rating, they never charged me one extra cent for the extra service call ! They want to know what it is if I can found out. Thanks again Chris, for all the extra care! I could not have ask for more caring service!

The service call was performed same day. Told Chris on the phone that aside from the issue at hand, I'd also like an estimate for a multitude of projects in my home, include a complete 3 room renovation. I was shocked that finding a GFCI switch on a 30 min visit would warrant a $200 cost. With all of my investment properties I've never paid a tradesman $400/hr. Seems outrageous. Nevertheless, Chris found the outlet and flipped the switch so the task was completed. Shortsighted in my opinion as the scalping I took for 30 min of work just means that Mr Value is no longer even considered for the thousands of $ of electrical work on the other projects I've started in my home. As the head of my neighborhood association I'll be sharing this experience with my neighbors as well.

Extremely professional and top notch customer service. I received a 30 minute window for arrival (amazing) and he arrived on time fully prepared. I would high recommend this company for smaller jobs like installing this ceiling fan, or something larger, which we are planning for in the future.
