My husband decided to fix our garage door opener so picked up a part from Graves. He then fried the unit putting it back together (not happy that I shared this :) ). I called Graves and told them that I needed them to come replace the unit that my husband tried to fix. After reviewing price which was very reasonable they sent an installer on the day I requested at the time we agreed upon. The installer was Jeff Rockmore who was excellent. We liked the new belt model so much we decided to do the other door on the spot. They sent out a unit while Jeff was on-site. Really enjoyed working with the people. Ricky, who was our contact at the local office and especially Jeff who did the install. Jeff went the extra mile and helped us quickly program our vehicles to the new doors. Thank goodness my handy husband and I didn't have to try to do these ourselves even with it being pretty simple. Graves also gave us full credit back for the part in the price of the job. I would highly recommend Graves. I understand they cover a broad area of service and not just Cumming area. From my perspective, they do a great job with small town personal attention.

They are just plain old good. I would surely call them again. The guy even came a day early. Now a days, you can't find too many folks that do that. I was pleased with their work. They do a good job and I think they charge pretty decent prices.

Excellent. They not only showed up on time and completed the installation flawlessly with the right product, but fixed a serious problem for us. Apparently, the original garage door had not been properly installed. The opener was too high and that was what tore the existing door apart. When the installer pointed this out - and what he was saying appealed to common sense - I offered to pay extra for him to fix it. Instead, he provided extra time and materials to fix it and did not charge me anything extra. I was really delighted with their work.

The salesman came to our house to take measurements, answer questions, show samples and give us a quote. He was very responsive with follow-up questions we had later. The installation went well. When a service call was needed for adjustment shortly after the installation, they responded quickly. We chose this company because they had the product we wanted, they were professional and responsive to our requests and the price was competitive.
