Siding Service
I called Jason and told him where I lived, and asked if he worked in that area. He said Yes, so we had a lengthy conversation about the work I needed: rotted siding, trim, and fascia replaced with the same type of wood materials, as well as the entire house painted. We set up an appointment for Thursday morning at 10:00. I made arrangements to work from home that day so that I could be there to meet Jason. On Thursday morning, I got a call from Jason at 9:00. He apologized and said that my address was "just" outside his service area. It would have been nice to know that before I rearranged my schedule!!

"I AGREE WITH THE MEMBER! I SHOULD HAVE GIVEN MORE NOTICE THAN I DID FOR BEING OUT OF OUR SERVICE AREA. WE MAP OUT OUR DAILY ESTIMATES EACH MORNING SO WE CAN ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME TO MAKE IT TO EACH ONE THAT FOLLOWS. WHEN I MAPPED THE MEMBER'S ADDRESS IT WAS UNFORTUNATELY OUT OF OUR AREA. I DID HAVE THE COURTEOUS RESPECT TO CALL AND LET THE MEMBER KNOW WE COULDN'T SERVICE HIS AREA, UNLIKE SOME OTHERS WHO JUST WOULDN'T SHOW UP. I HATE THAT IT DID CAUSE AN INCONVENIENCE FOR HIM BUT IN ALL RESPECT THIS SHOULD NOT REFLECT A NEGATIVE ON OUR WORKMANSHIP AND BUSINESS ETHICS."

Jason is the owner, and he is very easy to work with. He is accommodating to bring paint samples by to test whenever I ask for them. The crew that comes in is very neat and clean and leaves the house just the way they found it.

All About Painting Contractors, Inc. was quick, clean, and on time. They had a large selection of colors and types of paint to choose from. They were very neat and cleaned up well when they were done. I would use them again and highly recommend them. I can't remember what the total charge was, but it was very reasonable.

I can honestly say this company is fantastic. They did the job with great direction, having everything done from start to finish within a week. They came on time, answered all our questions well, and ensured we were one hundred percent satisfied with their work. I highly recommend this group and will use them again when and if I have to.

The price included pressure washing patio, driveway and carport/priming wood. When he was finished I walked around the house and pointed things out that he missed. Very professional because he told me he wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the job before he left. He beat the price by $1000 compared to 2 other contractors who estimate the job. I will use him again.

Overall, it was a good job. But could have been better, if the contractor took time to discuss the details of the work to be done with the client and his team lead. The only time I saw Jason, was during the initial estimate for the work. Then his team lead Oscar showed up and said he's going to start the work. They tried to cut corners by replacing just the rotten portion of wood, rather than the entire piece. For eg. a portion of window sill was replaced, instead of the entire piece. Also, there was miscommunication between Jason and Oscar, regarding what we agreed upon. Only portions of wood repair was done, when asked, Oscar said, it wasn't in the list, Jason gave him. Later, I spoke with Jason and Jason intervened and got all the agreed upon repairs done. However, in the end Oscar was responsive and did what I wanted done, as per the agreement.

We were given an estimate the very day Jason came out and looked at the work that needed to be done and found it to be affordable. We were told up font that depending on the weather, it would be two weeks until he could get to us. Two weeks to the day, he called and said if it was good with us they would begin the work that day. Because of rain, the work was spread out over three days. We were very pleased with the three man crew that did the work, they were very polite and business-like and worked as quickly as possible considering the bad weather. The work they did looks great and we are happy with it and will call this company again when we need repairs done to the house.

Call Jason on May 28 to schedule appointment for estimate on May 31, 2007. Jason was prompt and give us an estimate of $2400 to repair some wood trim, power wash and paint the exterior of our house. I set up an appointment for them to start the work on June 18, 2007. The come promptly at 9 a.m. to start the power wash then started the paint that afternoon by Tuesday June 19, 2007 the were completed. The cleared up every day and was very professional. I would highly recommend All About Painting and would us them again.

I was very impressed with Jason's professionalism, friendliness, and appropriate follow up calls from estimate through scheduling through job completion. Oscar and the painting crew were very neat and punctual and I felt very comfortable with them completing the work while I was away from the home. All About Painting did a beautiful job and I highly recommend them.

I called Jason Simpson, as well as two other contractors, to secure a quote on the project. Jason was available the next day to quote the job, which he did on the spot. After receiving the other quotes and having had a chance to speak with references, I decided to go with All About Painting. The crew started on the project as scheduled. They estimated that it would take 4 days to complete. I was a little skeptical because of the amount of work that needed to be done; however, four days later they made a believer out of me. The quality of the work is just about the best I've ever seen. I was uncertain about one of my color selections. They brought a quart can to show me how it would look on the wall and decided I didn't like it. They brought a small can of my new selection, which is the color I went with. If I requested to see other colors, they were willing to do so. This operation is efficient, talented and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Jason promptly returned my phone call, gave me an estimate a couple of days later, and because of a delay with another job, was able to begin on my house shortly thereafter. His crew responded promptly the first day, a Friday, and he also came by to discuss details. They painted Saturday and Monday, and finished on Tuesday. His crew supervisor called me when they finished so I could meet him to inspect the house. I missed the call, but had messages from him and Jason to let them know if there were any problems. I left a message about a small touch-up and it was done in the next couple of days. I had gotten another estimate which was a couple hundred dollars less than Jason's and he agreed to match it. He was prompt, pleasant and professional. The painters did a great job. They had to trim some shrubs, got rid of the clippings, and cleaned up every day. I appreciated that everything was handled so efficiently.

Jason was great to work with on the bid (which came in exactly as quoted, even with a few slight changes that I made as we went along.) Jason was very helpful in getting me samples to try and bringing more when I didn't like them. He gave good advice on how colors would look in various rooms. Maynard was the crew leader that did our house, and he was wonderful. He was always willing to answer questions, give suggestions, and reassure me or help me along. Jason and Maynard both asked me to do a walkthrough to ensure that I was satisfied before they presented a final bill. We couldn't be happier and will definitely use them again when we are ready to do outside work.

He was very responsive to our needs, very accommodating, wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied before accepting payment. We were very pleased with the work, but there were a few spots we wanted touch-ups and when we brought that to his attention a team came back out and did all of it. I highly recommend him.

Tried to get All About Painting to bid on staining an addition. Always had to leave a message and wait for a call back. This "phone tag" went on for a week and half or so. I'm not interested in contracting with someone that is that hard to communicate with. Imagine if I had a problem with their work!

SIR, I RUN A SUCCESSFUL CONTRACTING COMPANY WHERE WE HAVE 1000'S OF EXTREMELY HAPPY CLIENTS WHICH I STAY EXTREMELY BUSY ALL DAY LONG TO ENSURE THEIR SATISFACTION. I TRIED TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS BY RETURNING THE CALLS PROMPT AND STILL YOU WEREN'T THERE. I FEEL THAT IT IS INAPPROPIATE TO LIST A BAD REVIEW FOR OUR COMPANY OVER THIS SITE. NEVER HAVE WE HAD ANY ISSUES LIKE THIS BEFORE. I CALLED THIS COMPANY AND NEVER GOT A CALL BACK SO I SENT AN EMAIL AND DID GET A RESPONSE. SO I SENT MY ADDRESS SO HE COULD COME OVER AND GIVE US AN ESTIMATE ON THE JOB. I PICKED HIM BECAUSE HE WAS IN CUMMING. AND HE HAD GREAT RATINGS IN ANGIE'S LIST. WE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN!

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL ABOUT PAINTING WHICH IS OWNED BY JASON SIMPSON WHOM I WAS ALWAYS ABLE TO REACH BY CELLPHONE THROUGHOUT THE JOB. HE WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A CARPENTRY REPAIR COMPANY WHO WORKS WITH ALL ABOUT PAINTING ON THEIR JOBS. THE ACTUAL PAINTING WAS LED BY A MAN NAMED MAYNORD WHO WAS EXTREMELY METICULOUS ABOUT HIS WORK AND MY SATISFACTION. MAYNORD AND JASON WERE VERY NICE TO DEAL WITH. THIS COMPANY DID MANY ''LITTLE EXTRAS'' ALSO LIKE SCRAPING RUSTY METAL POLES OF OUR DECK AND PAINTING THEM, PRESSURE WASHING THE DRIVEWAY WALKWAY AND DECK FURNITURE, AND REPLACING FLOOD LIGHTS WHICH WE BOUGHT. WE AND OUR NEIGHBORS LOVE THE LOOK OF OUR HOUSE AND THE OWNER, JASON, DOES WHATEVER TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY. PRIOR TO HIRING THEM, I OBTAINED MANY ESTIMATES AND READ REVIEWS OF SEVERAL OTHER COMPANIES AND THE COST OF OUR JOB BY ALL ABOUT PAINTING WAS THE BEST FOR THE WORK WE NEEDED DOING AND FOR THIS CALIBER OF A PAINTING COMPANY. WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.
