Estimate that was provided was thorough and accurate, although I was told that it could go over if fencing had to be removed to access the location. The representative was professional, friendly and punctual. The trees were removed and the homeowner was happy and that's the most important thing. I'd definitely use them in the future.

Entire Crew hard working, professional, knowledgable, they transformed my backyard wooded area into an asset. I feel I got my monies worth and then some, very pleased with the end result and what I paid was more than fair.

Extremely professional from start to finish. Work was efficiently performed and they did a thorough clean up. They also did additional work around the entire yard at my direction at no additional charge. They volunteered to do this, I was pleasantly surprise. They were not the least expensive quote, but were available when I needed and went well beyond what I contracted them to do. I would highly recommend this company for moderate to heavy tree removal. Very personable too.

When I called Acorn Tree Care, Clint Harris answered the phone directly and scheduled a time to come out and check what I needed to have done. I found Clint to be a knowledgeable certified arborist, skilled in his trade. He provided a proposal later that day and the work was completed approximately two weeks thereafter. Clint had told me that the project would take approximately four hours, which they would work in as they had time, and that I did not need to be home (I appreciated not having to take time off from my job). The work was beautifully done and the workers removed all debris.

We had a very large, hazardous tree in our backyard which threatened the house. Clint provided great advice regarding that tree, and was able to get a team out to quickly remove it and other dead trees on the property. Clint even assisted in very quickly obtaining the tree removal permit with the City of Alpharetta. The tree was professionally removed and the area was left clean. Acorn also did a great job in trimming a large holly, and removed ugly, low hanging branches on another tree free of charge. The team, including the office manager, was extremely courteous and responsive. I would definitely recommend Acorn and would use them again. The price was significantly lower than other quotes received for the same work.

We had Clint come out and provide an estimate for approximately 25-30 large trees at a house we had recently purchased. He was extremely helpful in providing information about the types of trees, pros and cons of removing trees versus keeping them, etc. He was one of 4 companies we received estimates from and we selected Acorn Tree Service to remove the trees based on the research we did. They provided excellent service from beginning to end (estimate to tree removal to follow-up). We would definitely recommend them and will use them again if we have a tree removal need!

The arborist came out last week for the estimate. He was able to quote me the price right then, and later that day, Acorn emailed another copy of the estimate along with their insurance information and referrals. Each person I spoke with was courteous and professional. Once we decided to use them, they got us worked into the schedule since we were a small job. They called on Wednesday morning to say they were on their way. Got here about 9 am and were done and cleaned up in about an hour. The work was exactly what we wanted and they cleared all the debris. I would highly recommend Acorn.

The crew arrived promptly and worked all day and did a great job.

We received 6 quotes. Acorn Tree Service provided a quote similar to a few other companies (wide range of $2250-4000). Honestly, we chose Acorn for their customer service and perceived professionalism before the hire - Clint, Sam, and Heather were engaging, honest, and personable. We had a couple of reschedules due to weather (understandable), but each time were moved to the next available spot. The Acorn crew is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. This was a highly technical removal and at no point were we concerned as these massive logs were swung over our house, lowered onto our driveway, and chipped in the cul-de-sac. They left us approximately 8 yards of chips and they left the job site clean. Overall, this was a great experience and we'd hire them again in a second if needed.

The office staff was very friendly. Someone came out to do the quote within a couple of days and the work was done just a few days later. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to friends.

Clint and his team showed up to assess the situation, promptly prepared a quote, and was at the site on time and as scheduled. Cleaned up all the debris from the surrounding situation to leave all involved satisfied.

We looked at various reviews and finalized Acorn Tree company. I'm glad we chose Acorn tree to perform the work. They were truly professional and their estimates were clearly itemized. Bob and crew (around 5-6 men) showed up on time on the scheduled day. They started work immediately and with only a small break (may be they had duracell :)) the work went on and on till 7P. They did amazing job in cutting trees, stump grinding and clearing the land. I wasnt quite sure if they would flatten the surface inspite of putting that in estimate but know what, they are professionals. They cleared all the debris and flattened the surface so, that its ready for sod. Everything was done in a day. Bob stayed a little longer and made sure the debris in the driveway and lawn were cleared. Awesome experience and I have already recommended my friends and colleagues who were looking for tree service.

They seemed to have their act together. They did a good job and didn?t tear up anything. They were there to try to help provide the service and get the job done. It looked like they had worked together for a long time, and they were able to be efficient. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

From the outset, dealing with Clint Harris was an outstanding experience. Although we had several bids from other highly-rated companies, I felt from the get-go that Acorn would be our choice. I appreciated Clint's punctuality, knowledge, pleasant demeanor, and professionalism. He went out of his way, without my asking, to include a diagnosis, as an arborist, of the reason for removing each tree from our property; I had expressed concern that our homeowner's association might question us (although as far as I could tell we were following guidelines), and he very graciously included this information along with his proposal, at no cost to us. This immediately gave me peace of mind and convinced me that we should hire Acorn as our tree service company, even though they weren't the lowest bidder. I had a gut feeling about Clint, and we weren't disappointed. As soon as the contract was signed (at a competitive price, & including the Angie's discount I requested after the proposal was presented), a date was set up for tree removal within a few days. Clint had advised us that he would rather use a crane to remove the difficult massive oak in our backyard; since we'd just had a new driveway poured, however, we didn't want to take the chance of breaking up the driveway from the weight of the crane. Clint was fine with this, and priced the proposal accordingly. Clint and his crew arrived @8:30 on the scheduled day, and went right to work. Clint spoke with me first about what would be taking place, & introduced me to his crew leader, Bobby. Clint addressed any questions or concerns, as well as graciously putting up with our changing our minds twice about a specific tree. The crew worked constantly throughout the day, with only a break for lunch. I've never seen such a hardworking group of people! Even our neighbors commented on how impressed they were with Acorn's efficient operation. It seemed like a tricky job, since more than one of our trees was perched on the side of a ravine, close to the house, with little workspace around them. Still, they removed every tree in an amazingly organized way, we incurred no damage whatsoever, and they left our property looking as if they'd never been there. The crew was meticulous in cleaning up, and the job was completed by 4:30. From start to finish, it was a pleasure dealing with Clint Harris and his hardworking team of professionals. Acorn, thanks for a job well done!

The owner said he would follow up with me, but he didn?t. They were the only people that qualified to do the kind of work that I wanted done. Their landscape architect was awesome. They are known to be pretty good. The people were very capable and really eager to do the work.

Acorn trees was prompt, responsive and punctual. They removed the trees and all debris quickly and professionaly. They made an obvious effort to minimize any impact to landscaping and home. I feel they did more than I paid for and would recommend them with no reservation.

They were great about communicating their schedule. Weather postponed the initial work date which they informed me as soon as they knew they would have to postpone. They showed up on time and quickly and professionally began the job. They were diligent in removing anything that might be damaged(yard lamps). The crew had obviously been working together for a while because I never saw anyone standing around waiting to be told what to do or how to do it. They finished everything surprisingly quickly. They did a terrific job and I would definitely use them again.

Acorn Tree Care was top-notch from start to finish. During the bid process, they were very responsive and professional... in person, on the phone and over email. They came on site and examined all trees in question ... providing recommendations & suggestions based on their arborist's experience and clearly explaining how the job would be done. They also came to the property multiple times to answer additional questions and to color tape the trees for me so I could decide on different options and pricing. Finally, they continually communicated schedule & status via phone & email. During the actual tree removal phase, the entire crew was extremely courteous, professional and communicative. In addition to providing me regular updates via phone, they also communicated with the neighbors to let them know what was happening, timelines and how to reach them for any issues. They completed the job on schedule with high quality and minimal disruption to my property. Finally, they went above & beyond my expectations by cleaning up after themselves...ensuring the yard had all debris removed and power washing the drive-way and cul-de-sac. You could barely tell that they had been on the property for two days. Overall, an excellent experience and I would recommend Acorn Tree Care to every friend, colleague and family member without any reservations.

This company did a good job on the work but after they left, I looked in my backyard and they had clippings that they didn't picked up. I also thought that the price was a little high but I think I looked at a couple more companies and they were around that price. My overall experience wasn't too bad so I would use them again.
