MARIO'S DRYWALL SERVICE

It was very important to me that Mario's work be done well, and I made a point to speak to him about how he was going to make the joints seamless. He informed me that he would tape and mud, then texture over it. He said that with the texture that it would be impossible to see the seams. This was NOT the case. I can see seams most everywhere in the house and his texture mix was too wet and ended pooling in window sills and dripping off the ceilings for days. Since then I have learned that it was necessary to sand the seams before texturing so that they appear seamless. Had I known that, I would have done it myself or paid him extra to do it. I guess he was trying to save time but I am very unhappy with the finished product. I made him aware of the problem immediately, then tried to get him to come out to fix it once I got home from overseas. He hinted that the "warranty" may be expired but said he would call me back to discuss it. He never called.
