The representative came to look at the house on 3/3/14. He made a really good presentation on their windows. But, it is now 3/20/14 and I have heard nothing back. I have even sent two emails asking for feedback. At this point, even if they provide a quote, I would not use Duramax or suggest them to a friend.

EXPENSIVE BUT THE JOB IS BEAUTIFUL. THEY WERE 1000'S OF DOLLARS CHEAPER THAN 3 OTHER ESTIMATES FOR VINYL THAT I RECEIVED. IT WAS DIFFICULT COMPARING APPLES TO APPLES IN THE ESTIMATES BECAUSE EACH REPRESENTED A DIFFERENT BRAND NAME. I BELIEVE THAT I RECEIVED AN EXCELLENT DEAL. I CHOSE VINYL OVER HARDYPLANK BECAUSE I WANTED AS LITTLE MAINTENANCE AS POSSIBLE. I BELIEVE THAT I RECEIVED VERY GOOD VALUE. AT LEAST I HOPE SO!!
