they came out the same day I called. they were courteous and professional. found the problem and fixed it.

They came in the morning, removed the old unit, replaced it with a new haeting unit under the house and th A/C unit outside, along with some new duct work. Everything was completed in a day and they did a good job cleaning up after they were finished. Very nice and professional people.

The service rep was very prompt. He asked good questions about the type of problem I was having. He spent a lot of time inspecting my A/c unit. When he was finished fixing the problem he gave the unit a real good cleaning, something I didn't expect him to do.I was very pleased with the results.

we originally contacted another company that we had been working with. When we were told we'd need to replace the entire system, we called Dand W for price comparison. They sold us a more efficient unit for less money and also told us about a $500 rebate offered by the EMC we use. when the EMC rep came out, the rebate amount they told us was less than what Dand W had said. Wayne with Dand W contacted a manager at the EMC and said, "that's not what you told me...so it wasn't what I told my customer." The EMC manager honored the higher rebate amount.
