If there were 6 stars to give this Company I would gladly oblige. My air conditioning unit went out at the end of summer and I panicked. (especially in Hotlanta) I called Dunson Mechanical and they provided Stellar Customer Service during this disaster. This Company was not only professional but very prompt to resolve the issue even in the rain. The technician was very knowledgeable about my request under the circumstances. He thoroughly explained the technical aspects and really made me comfortable in using their services. The quote that I was quoted was spot on with the work that was done for my Heating and Air Conditioning unit at the end of the summer. As a female sometimes it hard to make sure you are not being run over by charges. They did a great job from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.
