I hired David for a new construction house purchase. New construction purchase was really complicated, but David provided a very detailed and meticulous inspection with several minor and a couple of important issues to correct in the house. I was so happy with his service, I even hired him for the builder walk-thru. Ive hired a few home inspectors before, but he was the most helpful inspector. I highly highly recommend him.

Our home inspection was very thorough. I was amazed at the detail and attention given to the home we are purchasing. I highly recommend this company for all home inspections. Great customer service. We were provided a CD with pictures showing us the steps taken during the inspection. We sat down with our inspector and went over each step. All was explained in easy to understand terms. He offered suggestions for repairs that would not break the bank. I wish I could give 10 stars!

He provided pictures of all the areas that he inspected and they are good pictures, easy to see what is going on in them. He is very knowlegeable of codes and building construction - and this house is very old: built in 1971, so knowing past codes mattered, too. I will definitely hire David again.

When Home Advisor recommended David to us. I reviewed his ratings and said no one can be that good. I asked David to treat his inspection as if we were the buyers rather than the sellers. His inspection was comprehensive and totally profession. He got into places I didn't know I had. What I found out after using his services was that he was every bit as good as others had rated him. I now have a plan to make my house more saleable. Thanks David.

Taking the time to show you just exactly what he was looking for meant a lot to me. He wasn't there to just get paid and go he wanted to make sure I knew exactly what was involved in my new home.
