Cody did a wonderful job on the line leak. He was knowledgeable on current plumbing supplies and sealing methods. His attitude was very good, and he performed the work in a timely manner. I would use this company again.

My water heater was replaces, Scott replace a part in my showerhead in the master bath he also unclog a toilet .I have not seen great service like this in years. Most company now day’s don’t give good customer service.. most companies just want the money but won’t provide that service well. Senior plumber technician Scott, was very respectful explain every detail of the job to me check everything after, very polite I cannot say enough about him like I said. He represents his company well… Great job Scott thank you so much

A-TOTAL RIPOFF!! WARNING: This company is dishonest and will gouge you! I called multiple plumbers because I needed to repair a backup in a rental house and selected this company because they said they would be there faster than the others, and then they showed up late and ripped me off. The job was a standard backup in the main requiring a snake with easy access to the pipe. Doing a search online, the job costs an average of $228 to get a drain snaked professionally. That price can land anywhere between $145 and $334 depending on the simplicity or severity of the issue. This company charged me $475 for this job. $475!!!! No trip charge credited back, no fair and honest price for a simple job. They tried this sort of good, better, best type of pricing and this was their “just get it done price". They initially quoted me over $1100 with a bunch of stuff I did not need and then a second quote at around $800 including running a camera, which was also not needed. They ripped me off and they will rip you off too!

Fast and friendly service!!! They fixed some old water pipes in our yard. Would recommend them to anyone. ?

Excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. The tech was very thorough in explaining the whole process along with how long the repair would take. I will DEFINITELY be calling them back. I needed help determining if it was a plumbing issue or appliance issue. Daniel was quick to respond and worked me in quickly. Which I appreciated. However, he pulled my fridge out to check the water line leak found the problem said it was nothing he could do. Left me with a puddle of water in the floor and didn’t move my fridge back. Was very quick to leave yet had time to slap a progressive plumbing sticker on the side of my hot water heater which I’m not sure why he even looked at it. And still charged me for like the 5 min. He was there. Beware if you are a single female. I was left in a tizzy and confused and actually called Daniel back to let him know I wasn’t happy. He apologized offered to come back and help move the fridge but i told him no thanks. Maybe he was having a bad day but he sure didn’t Win any bonus points with me. Doesn’t go above and beyond. Will never recommend or use again.

We had them come over to check a dripping faucet. He insisted on checking our water heater, and then came to show me a bucket of dirty water saying "this is what you're showering in--you need a new water heater." I said no thanks. Then he quoted an outrageous price of over $600 to fix the faucet even if it turned out to just need a new washer. Their standard proposal screen says "best, better, good" where the best category included a new water heater, and the better included some kind of insurance on the work performed. These folks are dishonest and take advantage of people. We did not hire them. They charged $49 for the trip.

AWFUL! they charged $49.00 to show up then gave me a crazy RIP OFF price of 450.00 and that was after a so called 50.00 discount! I had already found the leak and dug out around the pipe all they had to do was cut a plastic pipe and install shark teeth fittings a 30 minute job I know because I fixed it myself with $40.00 in parts from home depot and about 30 minutes of time and I am not a PLUMBER!!! Good God give me a break! this is called Larceny. I rate them Less than 0

Allen and Andrew were very professional at the job they performed. I will always ask for A-Total Plumbing to repair any of my water problems if they occur. A-Total is the best. The job was done quickly and proficiently. The the two men performed the task did a fabulous job. Very professional.

Easy experience! The plumber, Jason, was fast and easy to work with. He arrived on time (even though traffic getting to my place was crazy), explained what he needed to do, gave me a fair price, and did his work. I'm very pleased with my service!
