I have used Wet World twice before and my experience with them today was again excellent. Enrique was the lead and was super. They reviewed the whole system with me and as soon as we found the first issue the second person started working on it while Enrique reviewed the rest of the system with me. They replaced 5 sprinkler heads, relocated and replace three other raised heads, replaced one of the electronic valves, identified I had a leak in one of the lines, located and repaired it, all in 2 1/2 hours. They work fast and are very efficient and their rates are good; $155 for the first hour which includes the service call and $120 per hour thereafter, prorated for the actual time, plus parts.

The crew was here for 1 3/4 hours and went through the whole system. They replaced broken heads and leaking parts. When they finished the checked the meter and it was no longer running with the system off.

I had a leaky valve soaking my front yard. The gentlemen arrived on time and had the work completed within 20 minutes. The owner answered on my initial call and was able to have his crew come to my home that afternoon. The B for cost is because they were slightly higher than other quotes I got, but not by much. The quick response is why I chose them. I would hire them again.

I called Wet World and two other irrigation specialists because of a break in my main water line coming to the house. I considered this event an emergency as water was percolating from the center of my yard. The leak had been occurring for some time as there was a small stream leaking away from the emerging water, so much so that my water meters were under 5" of water. Of the 3 companies I called, only Kevin answered the phone. I explained the situation and my location and he said he had a crew close by in another neighborhood. Kevin said they could be there by a certain time and I asked him to send them.
His crew arrived at the time agreed upon and they worked directly with my wife as I was working. The two gentlemen were polite, courteous and professional and explained to her what they found and what they were going to have to do to remedy. A couple hours later they had the pipe repaired, the hole filled back in and even spread a bail of pinestraw I hadn't gotten to in the neighboring island next  to the repair site. They even left the portion of the pipe they repaired for my inspection when I returned home.
Peace of mind is a valuable thing and Kevin and his crew with Wet World restored mine. I'm grateful for their professionalism and ability to react to my emergency in a timely fashion. Job well done and I'd recommend Wet World to anyone.

Kevin gave us a prompt response on our request for a quote (some never responded, some barely spoke Ensligh), and honest "no pressure" options (e.g., bermuda or zoyzia grass, with or without irrigation system).  When we decided to go with him and scheduled the work, he showed up on the appointed dates.  He came out about two weeks early and sprayed the old lawn with herbicide to kill it.  Then did the lawn and irrigation system install over two days.  First, scraped off the old dead lawn.  Then had a dump truck of topsoil delivered, spread and smoothed.  Then laid down the new sod.

There were small bumps in the process: he underestimated the amount of sod we would need by maybe $200, but he had more available to cover the shortfall immediately.  The added cost didn't bother me because when you commit yourself to a job of that scale, you have to expect minor hitches.

He predicted he would cut our TV cable when scraping the old lawn off, because it always happens, and it did.  But he then either walked us through or handled himself contacting them to get it restored.  A couple of the irrigations heads didn't work right at first, but he was prompt in getting them in proper working order.

I believe that success in a new lawn installation depends a lot on the quality of the grass you have installed.  If you buy stuff from a big box store that's been sitting on a pallet forever, you take your chances.  Kevin uses a couple of sod dealers in Alabama, and the lawn he installed, once it settled in, was beautiful.  Had to fight off the crabgrass the first year while it etablished itself -- now (if only God would send rain on occasion) it's wonderfully self sustaining.

Our neighbor across the street went with Kevin as well when he installed a new bermuda lawn and irrigation system a couple of years later, and same thing -- his lawn, once established, looks absolutely fantastic (he uses his irrigation system more than I do though, so his water bills are higher, but his lawn could have been yard of the month).

Bottom line: Kevin is a straight-talker.  He didn't try to upsell me once he had my order, he didn't try to pressure me into buying something I didn't want.  I got prompt, excellent service for a fair price with good follow-up (he always seemed to be available whenever I called, or called back fast).  And I love the results.
