Brad Clayman was very thorough in coordinating all the tasks to get our house repaired after it was damaged by a fallen 80' hickory tree. He had a tree service on the spot within a couple hours of the tree falling who expertly removed the tree (Richmond Tree Experts). He hired a construction engineer to evaluate structural damage (Palmer Construction) and recommend repairs needed. He got the building permit from the City of Smyrna and worked with the building inspector. He negotiated with our insurance company and made good on his promise to only charge what the insurance company would pay (even though the cost of the repair was slightly more than the insurance claim). I would contact him again for repairs even if it weren't an insurance claim.
His company partner is Josh Brown and their company is also known as Legacy Construction. They are in the process of changing the company name to QRF - Quick Response Force to avoid confusion with another company with the name "Legacy Construction". This one is at 3049 Marietta Hwy in Canton, GA.
