Every employee I dealt with was professional and courteous. Each aspect of the job was met in a timely manner and they did exactly what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to and for the exact price they quoted before the job began. Steven and every member of his crew had a great attitude. Even though they were in my home for more than one day it did not feel like such an inconvenience because every member of the crew was so nice and went about their work in a positive way to get the job done right. I am highly impressed by the customer service this company offers and I will be using them again for another job. I highly recommend NO MOLD ATLANTA. My basement looks awesome!

They did not seal the shower properly. This allowed for mold to continue to grow which made me very sick. I called them back out 2 years later. They did come out and painted over the shower. They left a mess in my bathroom. They promised us the moon and never called us back or came back out.

We were very pleased with the work done by No Mold Atlanta. They were knowledgeable, hardworking, and got the job done. They did not have the lowest price of all the providers we contacted, but they were willing to be flexible (although they did not meet the lowest price). We chose them anyway because of their 10 year no mold guarantee, which we felt was worth it! The whole team was polite, and management and office workers were extremely responsive. (For example, they accidentally took an extension cord that was ours, but made a special trip to our house to return it.) We really appreciated their help!

NoMoldAtlanta provided excellent service. Their response time to visit my home and provide a quote was extremely fast. Their crew was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in an urgent situation, and NoMoldAtlanta was the only company that could provide service as fast as needed. It was the week of Thanksgiving, my wife and I were at the hospital after delivery a new baby, and we had just received an inspection report from another independent mold inspector that indicated a very high mold count inside our home. We needed quick mold remediation before bring the baby home. I called NoMoldAtlanta Tuesday Morning, and they had someone to inspect the home by noon that same day. They gave a competitive quote, and started the work Wednesday morning. Their crew was very careful not to disrupt the inside of the house. They finished work Wednesday night, and an air scrubbing machine continued to run through the night. By Thursday afternoon, my wife and I had returned home with our new baby to meet other family members for Thanksgiving dinner at our house. And now, we continue to appreciate knowing that the air quality in our home is where it needs to be. NoMoldAtlanta did an amazing job!

GPS was prompt and very professional. They did what the contract stated, and returned to inspect what had been done and to answer several questions we had. They gave us a two year warranty and instructions on how to prevent mold from growing. Ours was a mild growth which had been brought in on the wood. We wanted to get rid of it before we finished the basement. We haven't seen any mold since anywhere.

I had a hot water heater leaking from the back side and did not notice it until it had become a big problem! I had about an inch or two of water in my utility room. GPS came in and helped me get rid of the old leaking water heater. After stopping the water, they dried it all up with wet vacs, fans, and dehumidifiers. Some of the material had gotten too wet and had to be removed, but most of the drywall/studs they were able to sand the mold off and save. They had all the right equipment, suits, masks, big HEPA air scrubbers, etc... Last, they sprayed one product to clean and then one to prevent future growth. All of their product was non-toxic and environmentally friendly. They did a great job and I recommend them to anyone who has a mold problem. Don't try it yourself, these guys do it right!
