Hot Tub, Repair IT was quick and very affordable.Marshall knows his business.

He was speedy to respond and got here as soon as we had a free moment. His prices were reasonable and he fixed it in less than 30 minutes.

Service was prompt and efficient. Was very happy with our serviceman.

Technician charged us more than the initial amount he told us it would be for services. Tech charges what he wants not at a set price.

What can I say about this service. I wasn't off the site 5 minutes when I was contacted by Marshall. Discuss what the costs for an estmate agree and came out the same day. Talk about service!!! Marshall spent time looking at the spa, trouble shooting and being honest throughout the process. Gave me a true value estimate on the repairs and other options. This is what I call going way out of the service call not just looking for a quick buck. Highly recommend him for any spa service.

Marshall is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I had two other contractors tell me they couldn't fix my pool heater and then I called Home Pools. Marshall showed up on time and had the problem pinpointed in less than a minute and had the entire unit up and running twenty minutes later. Marshall knew I was desperate to get the heater fixed and he could have charged me an inflated price, but to my surprise, he charged me right around what I was paying my now former pool repair person just to show up. Marshall is a rare individual in this business. I'll never use anybody else!!!

Honest opinion

Marshal called me back and performed the work on my spa on the same day that I reached out to him. Luckily he had the parts on his truck that he needed and the hot tub was fixed for enjoyment that night. Great service !!
