Marshall took the time to evaluate a correct the hot tub issue. This was actually moving a hot tub in small space so positioned to open the cover, amazing he did it all alone. Oh my goodness, can't say enough great things about Marshall. My pool motor went out on a Friday and he was trying to help me out since I was so frantic. Came on a Saturday morning and had a new motor in in no time. 3 hours later the motor was not working. It was defective. Came back 1 hour later and installed another motor. This motor works perfect and you can't even hear it. This was the greatest customer service I have ever received in all my life. He even stated not to worry about my pool anymore and that he will always take care of me. (I am a woman). Will use this company forever. Thanks Marshall!
