I was so impressed with how well he was able to diagnose my problem over the telephone, that I cancelled a scheduled appointment with another pool service company so that Marshall could come and take a look at my pool equipment. He arrived on-time, verified his diagnoses then returned a few days later with the parts he needed to perform the repair. I will definitely use him again.

Marshall was responsive, prompt, dependable, and knowledgeable. The job required quite a bit of trouble shooting, which he did methodically and patiently. Once he diagnosed the problem, he ordered the part and returned quickly to complete the job. I would give Home Pools & Spas the highest recommendation.

We had already made the mistake of hiring and paying someone else who did NOTHING to fix our hot tub. Marshall came when he said he would and took care of the problem and even carried extra product in his truck! Thanks Marshall!

Marshall, the owner, came to my house and did a great job, repairng a 12 year old spa, and was able to save me money. In every phase of the project, the workmen arrived promptly as scheduled, working diligently until their assigned tasks were completed. The resulting work was absolutely splendid, meeting and exceeding all our expectations. The workmen exhibited an eye for detail and exactness that was most reassuring. We have found this daunting project a most enjoyable and gratifying experience.
