We don't charge extra for: Fan Upgrades or Additional suctions points. We want our systems to be effective and our customers to be happy so we install the system that is going to work, we don't want to have to come back to your home. We fix other companies systems just about every week. Don't fall for ALARA. This is an acronym used by some companies instead of a number, they guarantee to get your radon level down to ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable). James is very knowledgeable and competent. He responded very quickly and came when he said he would. He set up the radon yes device and came back over the weekend to retrieve it. He explained what it measured and the report he provided. He also inspected the system that I had (had been installed by others). He advised how to deal with the home inspection, when it happens, and offered to make changes to my system, if the inspection turned up some minor issues that he saw.
