"Sorry you are not happy, you were happy during the inspection until you read my disclaimer in my report. Anytime someone is living in a home there could be items hidden that an inspector doesn't see. To move every piece of furniture in a home is well beyond the scope of an inspection. Not to mention the liability of breaking the owners possessions. I have never met an inspector that moves all the furniture in a home. You would need a full crew of men in most homes. This disclaimer is in all my reports that have occupied homes. You are the first person to not understand this. If you had told me you were unhappy at the time of inspection There would have been no charge as I provide 100% satisfaction guarantee. All of the above is covered in the pre-inspection agreement you signed before the inspect and I have it on file."
"I sent you the result with follow up questions regarding chemicals that you clean with at 11:02 AM on July 29th because I set up a conference call with the biologist to discuss your specific issues. I sent you a follow up email with the feed back from the biologist at 2:47PM on July 30th. I still had no answers from you about the questions. I followed up with an email at 7:15 PM on the 30th. Still not response. I called you on August 1st and you said you would have to discuss it with your husband and get back to me. I called a left you a voice mail today before I read this. Sorry you feel that way, I aim to please. Please call me."
"I did offer to put back the spa panels, however the customer told me that he would do it since he needed to clean the debris from the area anyway. I would also like to add that I helped him dismantle and trouble shoot his spa. I found the problem and delivered a great report. Dismantling equipment is way beyond the scope of any inspection. I went the extra mile for him."
