It went very smoothly. Quick response and replaced the old floodlight fixture promptly with no hassle. Good company to deal with.

It went very well, technician explained what he was doing each and every time something was discovered and what repair(s) were needed. This will be the only electrical vendor I will use in the future.

It was perfect. Long story short, I tried to hire them to put the recessed light in my family room and I couldn't get them to come down on their price, so I used another company. I get three estimates on everything. They were very close, and I said well come down to where this guy is and we'll use you again. And they wouldn't come down. So I did try. Yes, I would try again.

Greg and his crew did an excellent job! They were punctual, customer service oriented and fairly priced.

We didn't have any problems with them. They were on time. They did exactly what was requested and they did it in a reasonable amount of time. They cleaned up. It was all good.

I called to schedule appointment and the gentleman I spoke with helped me diagnose the issue over the phone, develop a plan to fix it, and made himself / the company available if my self fix didnt work at no charge... excellent service. If I do end up needing an electrician to come out, this service experience was enough to seal the deal for me with these folks.

I have NEVER taken the time to write a review when someone simply does their job. Brad from socket Doctors efficiently and effectively did his job. He completed the work requested and did a check of my other sockets. More than my bathroom sockets were not up to code. One of them near our kitchen had burnt wires that we were lucky did not burn down the house. Brad fixed that as well. I understand why every review I read was positive and I would contact the socket doctors any time I needed electrical work. THANKS BRAD!!!

These guys are great! They did such a great job with the outlets and were so super friendly that we booked a second appointment to have them come and hang our tv so that we would have no cords visible. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

Had these guys come and mount a television, and in-ceiling speakers (pre-wire was already done). They were on time, efficient, and professional. The quality of the work performed was/is outstanding. Since I had the pre-wiring done when I had my house built, there was already a smart-tube run for the wiring, etc. However, an issue was discovered with how the smart tube was run, and they were able to overcome the problem and continue with the installation. I will definitely use their services again.

In June, the ceiling fan in our kitchen and eating area needed to be replaced. We had had a death in our family and needed it to be in working order before our family came to gather following the funeral. Our effort to replace the fan ourselves did not work. When I called Socket Doctors and explained, an electrician came the following day. It was completed quickly and at a very fair price. We knew we would call upon them again. In July, we decided to repair the lights above a mirror in a guest powder room/bathroom. The Socket Doctors came within a reasonable time and at a fair price. We will continue to do business with this company.

After having another electrician in my home and doing minor repairs and then spent an hour wondering what to do about the socket problem in my office he left $450 richer and still no power to my office (I didn't use Angie's List) So I found Socket Doctors on Angie's List and called Monday and they came that Friday. Greg came within the two hour window they promised and got right to work. I explained the issue to Greg. He checked all the sockets in question and actually found another one in another room that was not working. After moving several shelves and tools in my workshop we were able to locate the problem. A GFI socket was tripped. This socket was behind a large cabinet so Greg put another GFI socket in the same room in an accessible place so if it tripped again we could reset it. He was very professional and friendly and gave me estimates on other work I asked him about. Socket Doctors was very up front about costs and the job ended up being less than they quoted originally. I will definitely call Socket Doctors for any future electrical work in my home.

The prices were good given I had used the coupon.

They did a good job but they left a bit of a mess that I had to clean up.

The inspection went well but it seemed that they were tacking on much more work than what I needed to have done. I did not end up hiring them for any electrical work.

It went great. They were on time and did a great job. This is the second time in a year we have used them and will use them again if needed.

The guys who came were very helpful and educated me about other issues in my home in addition to the requested service. They were a pleasure to work with.

It was fine. However, they didn't totally fix the problem and a few months later, the problem came back.

Very professional & courteous...it just seemed to be a bit pricey for the services rendered. Was worth trying it out - however, will likely ask a friend next time for the easy stuff like this!

They arrived on time and looked at the scope of work. I was given a full cost price before any work was to start. We walked the house and they pointed out any and all issues. I agreed to the price and they started the work. They completed the job 30 minutes ahead of schedule. I have had no issues since

Greg was punctual for his free quote appointment in early May. He knocked it out perfectly in a day. He is very professional, and we felt safe leaving for work while he did the project with occasional check ins by cellphone to ensure he was putting lights exactly where we wanted them. Excellent thorough clean up. Our house looks so much better and brighter and sophisticated. Very highly recommend Socket Doctors.
