Mike did a fantastic job. He took 3 hours to clean 2 sofas. He removed every stain on light-coloured sofas, including pet stains and a water stain. The sofas both look amazing. He applied a special fabric protector called MicroSeal and the sofas look brand new! Can't recommend Mike highly enough for pet-friendly, non-toxic upholstery cleaning!

Mike did a excellent job. This is the second time that he came to our house. He will be coming again in a few months to clean more upholestry. He is the only one I will use to clean carpets and upholestry.

Mike was punctual, professional and positive. He came in, assessed the damage to the carpets, gave us realistic expectations due to the extent of the staining. He took his time, and even came back a 2nd time at no charge to try additional methods to extract the stain. (This stain was a powdered food dye which our son dumped all over the white carpet). He was able to significantly reduce the staining along with cleaning all the dog urine from our puppy all over the different carpets. The house felt and smelled cleaner, we have used him in the past and only call him now.

Mike had cleaned some of my carpets a little over a year ago and did a fantastic job then. He came back on 8/29/16 to do all 4 upstairs bedrooms, the 4 bedroom closets and the stairs to basement and the basement Berber carpet that was pretty filthy. Also an additional room in basement. He measures every room and calculates accordingly. Once again, he did a fantastic job. Definitely 5 stars!! I will certainly call him again!

I have used many cleaning companies throughout my long lifetime (I am a senior citizen), and Mike was among the very best. He is the only one I will use in the future. He did a phenomenal job on a sofa that was full of dust and debris from a basement renovation. It now looks brand new. Mike uses the latest high-quality equipment and products. And, he doesn't rush the job. He takes his time and is very thorough. He also cleaned dining room chairs that were full of stains, and they look brand new. He applied Microseal, a dirt/stain retardant that bonds to the fiber and is much better and lasts much longer than Scotchguard.

I talked to several carpet / area rug cleaners and found the process used by my steam cleaner of Atlanta to clean area rugs to be much more thorough than most. I've had my area rugs for 6 years and they had never been cleaned. During the cleaning process Mike found an area of "dead pile". He contacted me right away for approval to have the rug repaired. When I got the rugs back they looked and felt brand new. Mike is very prompt, professional and communication was good. No high pressure up selling of additional services.

Mike came in, professional, clean cut and well spoken. He reviewed the job, examined each room to identify the spots to be removed and strategize his plan for expeditiousness. Then he did his thing. I cannot say how happy I was to see the disgusting carpets clean again! I have 4 kids, so you can imagine what gets STUCK in those carpets- silly putty, food and only God knows what.... he got them all out. We have done Zero Rez a few times, Boss Optima, but after reading a bit into the companies I decided to go with a local guy, support a local business and see where that takes me... I am sold. He did the PH balancing after the shampoo and Hot Rinse which is what a carpet person SHOULD do to prevent the soiling and staining effect you get afterwards. A++++++ experience.

I found this company on the internet looking at carpet cleaners and reviews. This one was showing excellent reviews and after reviewing their website I called and immediately talked to Mike. After some discussion about what I needed and his abilities I was comfortable to arrange a time which was the next day. He showed up on time and we immediately went over the areas to be cleaned and he calculated the total amount it would cost. I had a dining room, living room, den, master bedroom and closet and hallway cleaned. He set up his hoses carefully so they would not rub against the walls or stairway which I appreciated. He began upstairs where my wife and I had moved all the things off the floor except the large furniture since that carpet does not get walked on anyway. He was attentive to stains and got up some paint drips. After cleaning he offered to reset a couple pieces of smaller furniture back into their places and put shields under the legs. Mike was very nice as he worked and I learned a lot about him, He even showed me his police badge from Florida since he is a retired policeman. After cleaning the downstairs rooms he assisted in placing the furniture back into its place and put the shields under the legs. I also had the carpet protector coating added which is worth it for the price. Mike worked hard and did a great job and was very nice. I was leary calling someone I didn't have a reference for. My wife had called two large companies that everyone knows and did not get a good feeling about them over the phone. I also hate the bait and switch that some companies employ. Mike does not do this and is up front about his price and I don't mind paying for good service. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend him to friends in the area and neighbors.

Mike did a great job on our wool carpets. He had trouble with some nasty stains. He ordered a special product and came back and cleaned some of the carpets again at no additional charge. Mike from My Steam Cleaner of Atlanta cleaned the carpets in three rooms (front room, family room and bedroom). There were several stains from drink spills from grandkids, pet spots from a sick puppy, and makeup or masquera from our daughter. Mike was very thorough and effectively removed nearly every stain. (A couple old stains that had been treated before would not come out, but he did make them lighter.)
Mike was on time, friendly, and professional. He's a man that takes pride in doing a top-quality job.

It went very well. From the day we contacted Mike until the day of the service he exemplified the epitome of professionalism. He promptly was able to come to the house to give us an estimate and made us feel very confident and safe by his explanation of his services, certifications and mannerisms. We received the quote at the same time and scheduled the cleaning.
A day before the cleaning he called to confirm his time and he will be there.
The day of the service, he was immaculate in his care of the equipment and our home taking all precautions not to dirty our floors or get them wet with the hoses.

Great service all around! Mike was super helpful and informative...never pushy. He cleaned two area rugs for me and I couldn't be more pleased. Both rugs had dog urine in them and all is gone!! I loved that he came to pick them up and delivered them back cleaned so quickly! I highly recommend!

Mike came out on Tuesday, May 5 at specified time. He called to let me know when he was about 5 minutes out. When he first came in, he had a book and showed me all of his insurance and certifications. We walked through the areas to be cleaned and I pointed out a few specific areas that might need a little extra spot clean treatment.
Mike did a fantastic job. I was not looking for the most expensive or the cheapest cleaner. I wanted quality and clean carpets and that is exactly what I got.
I was more than pleased with all of the results. I will most definitely be calling him again once we get the bedrooms upstairs ready to be cleaned.

Mike gave us an estimate for cleaning our overstuffed chair from Pottery Barn that we've had for the last 3 years. Had to get it cleaned this year after moving from Michigan. Mike was very professional and did a great job. We also had him apply micro seal on our chair to protect it from any possible spilling accidents. He also gave us a spot cleaner to use and advised never to use abrasive cleaners on fabrics as they can sometimes take the color out. He took his time with cleaning the chair and did an excellent job! We are very pleased with how the chair looks!
