Maurice was my tech today. I have been using Bulwark for approximately 2 years and he has been the most thorough yet! I was promised many things when I first signed up, but usually get rush jobs and what seems like the bare minimum. Maurice cleaned out cobwebs, went into the attic to check for wasps, and overall just very considerate of my needs. My daughter was asleep in her room and he suggested to just call back when her room is available and someone will come right out! I hope to get him from now on, I was seriously considering going back to my previous contractor.

I called for service to be set up again, we have stopped it for the winter, the manager set up a monday call, the guy never showed up or called, got an email from the manager saying the rep called this number which was mine and a lady picked up and told hom she did not order any service. And he asked if this is the right number, first of all i was their customer for 6 plus months and they always used my mumber , so the tech either dialed the wrong number or he did not do it.

I am so pleased with my service from Bulwark. When we started our service in Aug 2016, we had an infestation of 2 different kinds of cockroaches. James, my technician, has been amazing. He initially solved all our bug/insect issues and now keeps them from coming back. I feel like I'm taken care of by a friend, not just a company. Excellent!! The Tech Maurice Burke went above and beyond treating my yard and spraying the interior of my home. He checked for a wasp nest and found that I had a Bat in my attic. I was able to call a company to have it removed. Thank you!

Just had our first service completed and couldn't be happier. James was very knowledgeable, professional and most of all trustworthy. Within the first five minutes of service, we felt comfortable allowing him to walk around the house alone. He was able to answer any questions we had, and address the concerns with pest control. Already see results 2 hours after the service was complete. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to eliminate the nuisance pests you cant control with normal household pesticides. Excellent. Maurice was professional, courteous and respectful. He got to work immediately upon arrival spraying the outside. He started the work in the garage on the german roaches. Also, he explained in detail the process to exterminate them and he will be back in two weeks to continue his work to get rid of this problem for me.

Kevin Housman was prompt, professional and customer friendly. He delivered exceptional pest control service by spraying all areas of entry including doors and windows, as well as perimeter of interior and exterior perimeter walls. Kevin also set up ant traps that are installed under kitchen and bathroom cabinets which are out of sight and reach of our dog. He administered dust spray through electrical outlets for inside the walls, sprayed our garage and court yard, as well as ant mounds that were visible on our property. Kevin is highly recommended by us and we appreciate his thoroughness. Thank you Kevin and Bulwark!
