Good follow up to my request, came and gave me a fair estimate, we agreed on the price and he proceeded to do the work efficiently on the same day. 3 weeks later and a lot of rain and all seems to be fine with the repair. Also, took the initiative to follow up after 2 weeks to see if things were satisfactory

On completion of the work, they provided a detailed description of the problem and how it was fixed. All of the above was done at half the price others quoted just to show up. Having a flat roof on my sunroom makes Bud a diamond in the rough compared to a regular roofing contractor. He specializes in this and the work is outstanding. Bud explains every detail involved which gave me a great relaxed feeling. I didn’t need to worry, he went above and beyond with my project as well as leaving the job sight cleaner than it was. I hired Bud for a leaky roof. He was quick and did a great job.. as far as i can tell the leak stopped... however, white sealant was used on my grey metal roof and it looked horrible. Bud stated he would come out and apply some paint on it but its been months and i never heard back from him. Prices seemed a little high as well... but overall good service and got the job done just didn't fully hold up his end of the deal.
