AMERICAN BOAT BROKERS

Stay Away! We moved to Georgia from Alabama and rarely used our Sea Ray 210 Select so we decided to sell. We had the boat hauled to American Boat Brokers for help selling. Worst experience ever - let me tell you why:
- Found out about 3 months after boat was listed through a brief internet search that our boat was actually listed as SOLD. So I called and asked if my boat was indeed sold. Nope. Just 3 months wasted of mis-advertising. Did they offer to rectify the situation? No.
- Was told our boat needed a detail, so I said of course - no problem. Just call me and let me know a price. No call, no follow up. Called again and asked. No call, no follow up. 
- Received a call with a cash offer on the boat, but wanted to negotiate. Several calls by my husband to attempt to work out a deal. No return phone call. 
Finally decided we had enough and went to move our boat out of there. They said we had to give 30 days notice at which point my husband really lost his temper. They finally allowed us to get the boat. 
Showed up to tow the boat out and it was in horrible condition. A year's worth of pollen, grime and dirt. Very sad considering we gave it to them freshly waxed and washed. They don't even spray off the boats occasionally ?? No wonder the boats don't sell there. They are chucked in a yard and forgotten about. 
So many opportunities to make this right, but not once did anyone ever show an ounce of care. Not for our time and not for our property. Spent $500 on a deep clean detail, new battery and a tow to new place for a real chance to sell. Good riddance American Boat Brokers. I wouldn't buy or sell from this place.

American Boat Brokers are very reputable. If you need to sell or buy a boat you can list it with them online. They have connections. They also do servicing of your boat. They are excellent. I would recommend them to family and friends and continue using them in the future, absolutely.
