 + -1 moreIt went fine for a bit but then the leak came back. He keeps saying its leaves on the roof making water back up but we have been on the roof and there are no leaves and the gutters are clear. He was supposed to call me this week and come over to look at it. He hasn't called or shown up! We only get the leak 1 - 3 times per year when we get heavy rain combined with moderate to heavy winds. He always promises to come look but never does. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone! i wish I had gotten estimates from various people. I went on the recommendation of a friend. love her to death but won't be asking for recommendations any more!!! He said the roof has a 10 year warranty and to call if I had any problems but it does no good to call. He never shows up. I'm so fed up, I am almost willing to call someone else to fix it and just say the heck with my warranty...
Description of Work: Installed a metal roof over our existing shingle roof to eliminate a leak The date of service provided is just an estimate. I know it was in 2012 and I think it was spring or early summer.
