Do you love wasting your time? Do you love wasting your precious money? Do you like people who steal? IF YES is your answer than don't hesitate to call NAN! Yes, this is what happened to me. I was not able to research the slim number of services provided in the phone book for cleaning so I was stuck using the only person who called me back- which was Nan. Long story short- hired to clean the house I was renting after I moved out. Basic cleaning skills needed: sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Nothing too crazy because I am overall a neat freak and just could not wait after to clean myself because I hired movers. Here is a list of what went wrong: 1. over 5 hours late 2. did not complete any of the things I needed clean. No vacuuming, kitchen, etc. I am not sure what she did- the owners sent pictures of things not done. 3. And the big kicker-she stole the patio furniture I left that belonged to the owners. Also, I left her a a 25 dollar tip (in addition to the 125 fee ) to top it off. Yes, this has been a HUGE lessoned learned. When I called to confront Nan, she went completely ghetto and lied about everything. I would of pressed charges but just having moved over 5 hours away made it difficult. The furniture was not worth much but after all the things I went through with Nan, I just wanted to out of principle. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE stay away. I can not stress this enough. 

The last time she was here she stold a blank check and forged it to herself in the amount of $175.00. Our bank refunded our money and the police are investigating the crime.
