We strive to find aquatic solutions that protect the well-being of the fish and wildlife in your ponds and lakes.

"We bought some property in Loris, SC (near Myrtle Beach) that had been sadly neglected for many years prior to us purchasing it. On that property was a wildly overgrown 1.5 acre pond that was in great need of clearing to be able to start the pond rejuvenation process. Caleb Primm and his team showed up and in one day took down all of the trees and overgrowth around the pond! They were so professional and had some of the best customer service that I’ve ever experienced. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and we can’t wait to see the pond transformation over the coming months. Highly recommended this company!"

Hello, my name is John Michael. I have been in the landscaping and various construction trades since I was old enough to carry a 2x4 stud, or carrying a plant to one of my family members, or learning what the various wrench's and sockets my father had in his tool boxes were used for. I could be found at work after school and on weekends and then on school holidays.Several different members of my family have(had) their own companies or were management which allowed me to start learning the do's and don't s of the various trades that I have learned. Through all these tasks over the years I have gained experience. My resume is available upon request for anyone that would like to see along with references. I started my first company in 1999, (and do to the geographical location I did not offer as many services as I do now. Besides, I would not have had time to do the work.) When I found out that my employer was taken advantage of several older women because they had never had to pay for these type of services to be done,he had charged an older woman almost three times of what it should have been. He had told me that she didn't know what the rates should be.The woman was my best friends grandmother. That following Monday I opened my landscaping and lawn care service. Please don't misunderstand me, i believe if a person gives an honest days labor they are entitled to a fair days pay, salary or other payment that had been predetermined. I take pride in my ability to find ways to save my clients as much money as possible.I do most of that by not giving up because of the level of difficulty of the tasks at hand. I do a lot of things the old fashion way, with axes, shovels, pick axes, and within reason removing stumps, transplanting trees and other various large plants. All these things are done by hand.

Fountains questions, answered by experts

Every one to three months, you should perform regular fountain maintenance, including draining, cleaning, and rinsing the components of your fountain basin and the pump and tubing to prevent algae and other buildup. Fountain maintenance also includes keeping the appropriate water level and removing debris like leaves, insects, and twigs from the water to avoid clogging the pump. You can also hire a professional landscaper to clean your fountain for around $50 to $150 per month on average.

In addition to length and width, pond liners also come in various thickness levels. Thickness is measured in mils, a unit of measurement equal to one-thousandth of an inch, with most pond liners ranging from 15 to 60 mils in thickness. The smaller the number, the thinner (and weaker) the liner. To prevent rips and tears, it’s best to choose a pond liner that’s at least 30 mils thick.

Like pools, ponds can be a safety risk, so they may increase your homeowners insurance. Be sure to let your insurance company know if you build a pond on your property—they may have safety requirements in order to keep your premium from increasing.

You have several options for your pond by getting your yard ready for the winter. You can winterize your koi pond by ensuring it’s at least 5 feet deep so it doesn’t freeze completely, installing a pond heater or aerator and having it run at all times, and installing a deicer if temperatures are dangerously low for an extended period. You can also choose to shut down your pond for the winter by removing all the wildlife in it and bringing it indoors, cleaning out the filter and pump, and then covering the pond with a tarp.

One of the most important parts of building a pond is digging the right depth. Your pond needs to be at least one to two feet deep. The specifics of the depth will depend on factors such as the placement of the pond and whether you plan on having fish. If you have fish in your pond, it will need to be at least two feet deep.
